Note: The following is a condensed version of a longer and more detailed article that appeared on the Minghui.org website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net).

(Clearwisdom.net) At around 10 p.m. on December 31, 2007, police officers from the Huanggai Town Police Station in Jiaxiang County, Shandong Province illegally arrested Ms. Ding Xiurong and three other Falun Gong practitioners in Dabaishu Village and confiscated her family's property.

At the time, only Ms. Ding's eleven-year-old son was at home, and after being threatened by police officers, he crawled onto the roof of the house. He was panic-stricken and eventually fell down. He was injured, but the officers paid no attention to the accident. Police officers took the child's computer, as well as Dafa books and a printer. They also took away the family's flour-milling machine and the electrical machinery that the family relied on for its livelihood. It is unclear how much money and other valuables were plundered.

Police officers took a new three-wheel motorcycle from Ms. Wang Xuelian's home, more than 10,000 yuan in cash, and a 10,000 yuan bankbook.

Police officers went to Ms. Liu Sumin's home to confiscate all of her Dafa books and materials.

Mr. Song Zhongliang is in his sixties. Police officers went to his home and stole 1,000 yuan in cash, and forced his family members to give them another 4,000 yuan. Only then was he released.

Ms. Ding Xiurong is currently imprisoned in the Liangshan County jail, Ms. Wang Xuelian is imprisoned in the Jiaxiang County jail, and Ms. Liu Sumin is imprisoned in the Jiaxiang County Detention Center.
