(Clearwisdom.net) The Chinese New Year fell on February 7 this year. Many Chinese-American families in New York gathered at Radio City Music Hall to see the Chinese New Year Splendor on this Chinese New Year's Day. Some said that seeing the show on the first day of the new year made everything took on a new look, one filled with hope, when they heard the resounding drums.

Ms. Li, who moved to the US from Guangdong, China, more than ten years ago, said the show was great and the powerful drum music was full of vitality. She felt this new year was very special.

Ms. Li said the show was great and would take her friends to see it.

Mr. Qin, a retired engineer in Long Island, and his wife said they hadn't had such a new year for a long time. "It was great!" Ms. Qing's favorite was "Redemptive Suffering." She was deeply touched by the Erhu music. She thought the programs about traditional Chinese values like loyalty and filial piety were very significant.
