(Clearwisdom.net) The Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular shows
have been a sensation in Taiwan. According to ticket sales personnel at the
Tainan Cultural Center, the rate of ticket sales for the show was 99.9%.
According to their experience, a performance is considered successful if ticket
sales reach 60% for two consecutive shows in Taiwan. It was incredible that the
Divine Performing Arts could play to a full house for four consecutive shows. Chinese Spectacular Leaves Audience Hoping to See More Professor Gu Che-cheng and his wife, professor Liang Yan-fang, who teach
Chinese dance in the Dance Department at Tainan University of Technology,
attended the finale show of the Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular
at the Tainan Cultural Center on March 2, 2008. Professor Gu Che-cheng (left) and his wife

University of Technology Professor Gu commented that the performers' dance movements were crisp and in
sync, and their presentation was at their peak. He said in terms of artistic
connotation, behind each performance are multiple layers of artistic meaning,
and whether it was the presentation on stage, the costumes or the high-tech
backdrops, all were arranged with great care. Professor Gu wished the show were longer. "While watching the dance
numbers, I didn't want them to end. We look forward to seeing more and more
programs next time. I can't wait!" Professor Gu anticipates that the Divine Performing Arts will create a great
sensation worldwide. Professor Liang Yan-fang thought the women performers were gentle and
graceful and the men performers were bold and noble. She particularly liked the
dance "Chopstick Zest," because the performance portrayed the
Mongolian people's frank and open character. "Very nice to see!" she
said. Like her husband, Ms. Liang wanted to keep watching the performance. She
also looks forward to new additions to the show each year.
