Learning the Truth Brings New Life: Two Stories

Communist indoctrination nearly destroyed me, whereas faith in Falun Gong has given me a new life.

I am a farmer, and I live in a small village in a district of Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. In the past, I rejected any good things that were said about Falun Gong, but accepted unquestionably whatever the Communist Party told us. Once a Falun Gong practitioner gave me a "good luck" charm and I rejected it without a second thought.

Some time ago, I was suffering from severe chest pains. I was diagnosed with liver cancer. After a period of hospitalization and spending over ten thousand yuan on medical fees I was not improving. Instead, my diseases were getting worse. Finally the doctor told my son to make funeral preparations for me as my days were numbered.

I have a cousin who practices Falun Gong. "Only Falun Dafa's Master can now save you. Hurry! Reciting the affirmation 'Falun Dafa is good' will help you," she said.

After telling myself that I didn't have long to live and, since I had nothing to lose, I started to recite "Falun Dafa is Good" over and over again. After a whole day repeating the affirmation, my chest loosened up. When I continued to repeat the affirmation every day, my diseases went away and I fully recovered. I am back to work now.

Falun Dafa has saved me and has given me a second life. My message is: he who believes in Falun Dafa will be blessed.

Truth clarifying materials have helped me to recover from sicknesses

One day, a Falun Dafa practitioner clarified the truth to a fifty-year old furnace artisan. Delighted, the man said, "At last, I have found a Falun Dafa practitioner. Please, let's sit down and talk privately."

The artisan continued, "I have found Falun Gong reading materials regularly placed at our door, and I enjoyed reading them very much. However, I could not find the person who delivered them. Recently, I had a medical checkup which revealed that I had two abnormal fibrous growths on my liver. I had intended to go for an operation but didn't have time to do it. There was a mention that frequent reading of Falun Dafa materials will bring blessings to a person. That is why I have not missed a single issue. Now the two fibrous growths on my liver are gone. I believe it must be due to my constant reading of the Falun Dafa materials."

Later, the artisan asked the practitioner to lend him more Falun Dafa books and he wanted to learn the exercises as well.
