By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Jinan Province

(Clearwisdom.net) The persecution of practitioners in many places has suddenly increased and has therein caused huge losses to practitioners' efforts in validating Dafa, clarifying the truth, and saving sentient beings. The top article on the Minghui website recently, "As the Olympics Approach, CCP Issue Secret Orders to Intensify the Persecution of Falun Gong," provided a prompt means of exposing the evil party's plot in using the Beijing Olympics to further the persecution Falun Gong.

Facing madness and evil, what should practitioners do? I think the most urgent matter at hand is to disintegrate this evil persecution with our formidable righteous thoughts.

Teacher told us in the "Fa-Lecture at the Conference in Florida, U.S.A." on December 29, 2001:

"Let me tell you, all those who remain and that can persecute Dafa and Dafa disciples are due to our students themselves. Students who haven't taken sending forth righteous thoughts seriously: the evil in the dimensions that you are supposed to shoulder and be responsible for has not been eliminated. That's the cause. So you must take sending forth righteous thoughts seriously. No matter whether you think you have the ability or not, you should do it. What you eliminate from your own mind are ones which have an effect within the expanse of your own body; at the same time, you need to eliminate the external ones, which are directly related to the dimensions you're in. If you don't eliminate them, then they not only persecute you and restrain you, but also persecute other students, other Dafa disciples."

However, some practitioners did not pay attention to sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil. So, when they send righteous thoughts, they fall asleep or their hands fall down. This is a sign that they are not concentrating enough and are thinking of everything else instead of sending righteous thoughts, or do not send thoughts according to the necessary points and requirements. Thus, they can't achieve a very good effect in eliminating the evil and instead has caused the evil to find refuge. When such a thing happens, the evil in one's dimensions is not adequately eliminated and thus, one is interfered with and persecuted and so the evil also has persecuted other practitioners and caused unnecessary losses.

I suggest that all practitioners carefully examine themselves so that we can reach the standard in sending forth righteous thoughts. Also, it is important to send strong righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil, to try our best in shouldering our responsibility in eliminating the evil out of our own initiative. Besides, we must disintegrate the evil plot to use the Olympics to persecute fellow practitioners, eliminate the local dens of evildoers, and rescue fellow practitioners even more effectively.
