Ms. Li Hui from Lushuihe City was arrested and put in Sanchazi Detention Center on March 2, 2008. She is presently staging a persecution-protest hunger strike.

Personnel from the Huili County Domestic Security Division ransacked a few dozen practitioners' homes and confiscated many Dafa books and materials in March 2008.

They ransacked Ms. Shen Zhaoqiong's home at 11:00 p.m. on March 10, 2008, but found nothing related to Falun Gong, so they left. Policeman Yang Shaoliang and a gang of thugs and forcibly took Ms. Shen home at 3:00 p.m. that day as she worked in her field. They later ransacked her home again.

Ximen Village chief Qing Tianhua and division chief Liu Ji from Guoyuan Township harassed Mr. Zhang Daxue at his home on March 4, 2008.

Ms. Liu Xiuying from the Songling District in Jiagedaqi, Heilongjiang Province, was sentenced to two years of forced labor in Beijing and then put into the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Ms. Liu Xiuying was arrested in Beijing and was first held at the Haidian District Detention Center on June 20, 2007. Later on she was transferred to the Beijing Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp Personnel Dispatch Center and sentenced to two years of forced labor on August 8, 2008. She was taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp on September 20, 2007. Ms. Liu was daily made to do heavy labor in the camp from 6:40 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Ms. Sun Zhifen, 37 years old, was put in Wanjia Forced Labor Camp for two years starting in 2002 for distributing Falun Gong truth clarification materials. Two months before [the end of] her full term, Nangang District Court agents in Harbin City sentenced her to 11 years in prison and sent her to Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison in 2004.

Ms. Sun has a young child and an elderly father who do not have any financial support and lead very difficult lives.

Mr. Fu Cheng, Mr. Wei Cheng, Mr. Li Rui, and Mr. Wang Shoushan from Helong Town, Nongan County, were sentenced to from three to four years in prison in May 2007. The charges: they made banners reading "Falun Dafa Is Good." During the 2008 Chinese Congress and Chinese Political Consultation Conference, Nongan County Court agents extended their prison term to seven or eight years.

Ms. Yan Chunling was handcuffed and shackled in February 2004. This torture kept Ms. Yan from being able to stand up straight or lie flat. Because she shouted, "Falun Dafa is Good," guards took her into an administration room and then ordered criminal inmates to beat her. The guards also ordered criminal inmates to gag her with a rag that had just been used to clean the toilet.

Ms. Yan has scabies, but she is still being required to serve her nine-year term and is presently being held in Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison.

Ms. Liu Haiyan, in her 40s, is a storage keeper in the Longkou Mine Bureau. Personnel from the Longkou Police Station arrested her and put her in Zhangjiakou City Detention Center on February 25, 2008. Her current circumstances are unknown.

Personnel from the local police station and residential street committee have often harassed 46-year-old Ms. Liu Qinglian and 60-year-old Mr. Zhuang Ming since July 1999. They are laid-off employees from the Northern National Trade Bureau and live in the Licang District, Qingdao City. Police arrested them and put them in Dashan Detention Center in Qingdao City on September 26 and 27, 2007. Their families' visits were denied.

Police arrested Ms. Peng Ying, Mr. Huang Hongqiang, Ms. Huang Lanqin, Mr. Wang Xin, Ms. Cao Weihong and Mr. Ai Guoxiang in October 2007. They are presently facing illegal trials.

Personnel from the Xinzhan Town Police Station ransacked 60-year-old Mr. Feng Shuwen's home in the Beidaotun, Bei'an Village, Xinzhan Town, Jiaohe City, the morning of March 17, 2008. They found some Falun Gong truth clarification materials and then took Mr. Feng to the town police station. His 90-year-old mother was left at home alone.

Personnel from the Xindihao Police Station arrested Mr. Liu Dejun and ransacked his home on March 19, 2008.

Personnel from the Jiaohe City Police Department attempted to arrest Mr. Liu Zhaofu, an employee from the city's Broadcast Bureau. His wife, Ms. Shi Xiuzhen, was arrested on March 18, 2008. Mr. Liu lives in exile now.

Personnel from the Beicheng Police Station arrested Ms. Dong Haifen and ransacked her home the night of March 19, 2008.

Five officers from the Tiedong Police Station in Shulan City ransacked practitioners' homes on February 28, 2008. The victims were: Ms. Qiao Hongyan, Ms. Qiao Hongxia, Ms. Shen Wanxiang, Ms. Xi Yahong, Ms. Tian Shuyun, and Ms. Cao Guiru. Ms. Qiao Hongyan, Ms. Tian, and Ms. Cao were arrested.

Three officers from the Jiannan Police Station arrested Ms. Huo Ruihua from the No. 482 Factory in Baoding City on March 21, 2008. She has not yet been released.

Mr. Han was arrested on March 5, 2008, and held for 15 days. He was released the morning of March 20, 2008. However, police arrested Mr. Han again at noon the same day. It was heard that Mr. Han was put in Luan County Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Guiping from Fushun City was put in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp's No.3 Division in Shenyang City on March 14, 2008. Ms. Wang was sentenced to two years of forced labor.

Personnel from the Yingtaoyuan Town Police Station arrested Ms. Wang Gaizhi and Ms. Su Junying the afternoon of March 1, 2008. The arrests happened when they explained the facts about Falun Gong. The location was the Daokou Fair in Yingtaoyuan Town, Xin County, Shandong Province. Police confiscated Ms. Wang's cell phone and ransacked Ms. Su's home. The women are presently being held at the county's detention center.

Practitioner Ms. Cheng Chao from Shanhaiguan, Qinhuangdao City is now illegally detained at Hebei Province Women's Forced Labor Camp. Practitioner Mr. Zheng Zhicheng is being held at the Eighth Team, First Branch of Nanbao Development Zone, Fengnan District, Tangshan City.

A practitioner was arrested and put into the Nanmeng Police Station in Gaocheng City the afternoon of March 16, 2008.

Personnel from the Wolitun Police Department arrested Mr. Lu Jigui twice in March 2008. Police attempted to arrest him on March 11, 2008, but he successfully escaped and returned home. He made a phone call to a relative, but his phone was monitored. Police arrested him again ten minutes after the phone call.

Sixty-year-old Mr. Sun Rulin was arrested and taken to Qiqihar City the afternoon of March 4, 2008.

Police arrested 30-year-old Mr. Ping Yongli from Chaoyang City at 2:00 p.m. on March 13, 2008. He is presently being held in Shijiazi Detention Center in Chaoyang City. Police attempted to ransack his home, but failed.

Wucheng District Court agents in Jinhua City plan to sentence Ms. He Qiaofei, Mr. Bao Xueqi, and Mr. Bao Xuequn at 9:00 a.m. on March 25, 2008.

Ms. Jiao Shuzhen from Handan City, in her 60s, was recently arrested and is presently being held at the city's No.2 Detention Center.

Personnel from the Hanzhong City Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Wen Lifang and another practitioner on March 23, 2008.

Personnel from the Fengcheng City Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Wang Shuqing, Ms. He Ping, and Shuangzi from Ms. Wang's home in Fengcheng City the afternoon of March 23, 2008.

Police arrested Mr. Liu Heqing and put him in Qilipu Detention Center in Xiangtan City on February 26, 2008.

Personnel from the Mulan Mountain Police Station arrested Ms. Wang Yusheng the afternoon of March 23, 2008. It happened as she posted a Falun Gong truth clarification flyer while touring Mulan Mountain in the Huangpo District. Her relatives argued with police, but the police informed them that Ms. Wang's case had been submitted to the district's police department. Ms. Wang's family's visits were denied.

Personnel from the Dongjiawan Police Station arrested Ms. Dai Xinhong and Ms. Chen Guixian and put them in the Kunming City No.2 Detention Center on March 21, 2008.

Personnel from the Bajie Police Station arrested Ms. Guo Hongyun from the city's Steel Company on March 23, 2008, for distributing Falun Gong truth clarification materials.

Personnel from the Dandong City Police Department arrested Ms. Gu Liying, Ms. Zhao Xuejin, and Ms. Fan on March 14, 2008.

Police arrested many practitioners and attempted to put them in the Changchun City Forced Labor Camp, but labor camp officials refused to admit them because their health status disqualified them. The police did not release them and held them in the Dehui City Detention Center.

Personnel from the Shahe Town Police Station and from the Laizhou City 610 Office arrested Mr. Han Zhenping at 3:00 p.m. on March 21, 2008. They also arrested Mr. Song Shangguo from Zhenzhu Village, Shahe Town, at 5:00 p.m. the same day.

Personnel from the Hushitai Town Police Station arrested Ms. Niu Guifang from Zhantun Village, Hushitai Town, in the Shenbeixin District at 1:00 a.m. on March 23, 2008. Six policemen ransacked her home at night.

Personnel from the Yongqing County Police Department, from the county's 610 Office, and from the Yangmazhuang Township Police Station ransacked the following practitioners' homes: Ms. Gao Xiuzhi, Mr. Zhang Heqiang, Mr. Zhao Kai, and Mr. Han. It took place on March 20, 2008. They later arrested Mr. Zhang and his wife and Mr. Zhao and his wife.

Mr. Zhang Zhenguang, Ms. Zhou Ruilan and her husband, and Mr. Xu Guiping were arrested in January 2008. Mr. Zhang's daughter had 10,000 yuan extorted from her. Police then released Mr. Zhang. Ms. Zhou and Mr. Xu are still being held at the Langfang City Brainwashing Center.

Personnel from the Shahezi Police Station and from the Fangzheng County Police Department arrested Mr. Yu Lianhe from his home in Shahezi Village at 10:00 a.m. on March 18, 2008. He is presently being held at the county's detention center.

Police arrested Ms. Wang Xiufen from her home and ransacked the place. Later on police extorted 15,000 yuan from her family and then released her.

Ms. Hou Yumei and Ms. Hou Xiufang were sentenced to forced labor on February 27, 2008.

Police arrested 46-year-old Ms. Li Lanying from her home in Liujiaheya Village, Qingchi Town, at 5:00 p.m. in March 2008. Her current circumstances are unknown.

Mr. Wang Jing was arrested in October 2007. Police attempted to transfer him to a forced labor camp in November, but they had an auto-accident. Mr. Wang had a lumbar vertebrae fracture with spinal cord injury. Mr. Wang recovered and left the hospital in February 2008.

Personnel from the Zhicheng Town Police Station in Jiyuan City arrested Ms. Li Fengqin, Ms. Wang Haitang, Ms. Hu Ronghua, and Ms. Guixiang the afternoon of March 20, 2008. We do not know where they are being held. The city's 610 Office agents announced that anyone who reports a Falun Gong practitioner would be awarded 2,000 yuan.

Four officers from the Shewobo Town Police Station in Xixia City arrested Mr. Liu Wenguo from his home at 11:30 a.m. on March 21, 2008. They put him in a detention center.

Ms. Li Guirong, 70 years old, is from Wufendi Town, the Wengniuteqi District, Chifeng City. Her illnesses disappeared after she practiced Falun Gong. Ms. Li was arrested on August 25, 2007, for distributing Falun Gong truth clarification flyers. Wengniuteqi Court agents sentenced her to four years in prison on January 28, 2008. She has been incarcerated in the Huhehate City Women's Prison since March 2008.

Mr. Peng Huisheng was arrested on March 17, 2004, and later sentenced to four years in prison. He was tortured in Meizhou Prison for four years. Police informed Mr. Peng's family to pick him up on March 17, 2008. However, personnel from the Chengdong Police Station in Puning City sent him immediately into the Sanshui Brainwashing Center.

Personnel from the Mei County 610 Office and from the Qi Town Police Station arrested several practitioners between March 1 and March 5, 2008. The practitioners are being held at the county's Tangyu Shengshuigong Hotel.

Ms. Wang Yingxia from Nanzhai Village's No.7 Group was arrested and her home was ransacked on March 1, 2008. The same thing happened to Mr. Hu Lin from Lei Village and Mr. Han Sheng.

Police broke into the home of Ms. Haixia from Nanzai Village's No.4 Group and ransacked the place on March 1, 2008.

Mr. Honglin and his wife from Nanzhai Village's No.4 Group were arrested.

Another practitioner was arrested on March 5, 2008.

Personnel from the Zhou Village 610 Office arrested 40-year-old Ms. Liu Shuyun in March 2008. Ms. Liu is the owner of the Hujie Supermarket in Mengshui Town, Zhoucun Village, Zibo City. She had been held at the city's detention center in September 2007 and released after police had extorted 30,000 yuan from her family.

Pingdu City Domestic Security Division chief Liu Jie and other officers broke into Ms. Chen Haimei's home at 1:00 p.m. on March 19, 2008. They attempted to arrest Ms. Chen, but failed because of resistance from her family and neighbors.

A 30-year-old woman practitioner from Gengjiazhuang Village, Dianzi Town, was arrested the afternoon of March 19, 2008.

Mr. Gong Shujian was arrested the morning of March 22, 2008, for explaining the facts about Falun Gong in YufengTownship. He is presently being held at the Suining City Detention Center.

Chengdu City 610 Office agents arrested Ms. Pan Jurong on March 10, 2008. Personnel from the Shengdengshi Police Station and from the 610 Office at Ms. Liu Gongli's workplace arrested Ms. Liu on March 13, 2008.

A 29-year-old man practitioner was arrested in Jamusi City on around March 20, 2008.

Personnel from the Fude Police Station in Wafangdian City arrested 50-year-old Mr. Li Guanghe and ransacked his home the night of March 21, 2008.

Ms. Wang Zhicai, in her 60s, is a retired employee from the Guiyang City Mine Machinery Factory. The factory officials had suspended her retirement pension since July 2002. She was arrested on January 20, 2008, as she explained the facts about Falun Gong to a 70-year-old person surnamed Zhang near the Guiyang Memorial Tower. Police ransacked her home at 1:00 a.m. the next day. She was then put in the Nanming Detention Center. Ms. Wang was put in the city's Lannigou Brainwashing Center at 9:00 a.m. on February 5, 2008. Ms. Wang's 70-year-old husband and a one-year-old grandson were left at home unattended.

More than 20 practitioners from Jinzhou City were arrested and their homes were ransacked on February 25, 2008. Ms. Li Xiuyun, Mr. Huang Cheng's wife, was taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Qu Kai and Mr. Zhao Yu were taken to Jinzhou Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Zhang Qi's whereabouts are unknown. It has been heard that many practitioners stage hunger strikes.
