(Clearwisdom.net) The curtain fell on the second show of the Divine Performing Arts (DPA) Chinese Spectacular in the Sydney Entertainment Centre on April 3, 2008. Just like the first show, it was warmly received by a diverse audience of Chinese and Australian viewers.

A former member of the Xinjiang Art and Entertainment Group and her daughter enjoyed the show

Ms. Liu Yiqing, who is originally from Shanghai, said, "The Chinese culture has five thousand years of history. Such a great show should be seen by the whole world. It made me so proud to be Chinese."

A former member of the Xinjiang Art and Entertainment Group watched the DPA show with her daughter. She said to the reporter, "It was so refreshing and filled with the flavor of ancient China."

Another audience member, Mr. Zhou said, "It was a successful and beautiful show. The costumes and dances were so original and made you feel so peaceful and harmonious. The dances of the Tang Dynasty promoted classical Chinese culture." Mr. Zhou's favorite was "Victory Drums."

Ms. Liu, who had studied classical Chinese dance for a long time, also praised the show. She said, "It was great! It was clear that they put their hearts into it. It was a true and perfect presentation. I greatly appreciate these artists. They came all the way from the U.S., and I want to thank them very much!"

It was the Falun Gong-related program that brought Ms. Liu to the show. She said that she didn't know much about Falun Gong. After watching the program, she was deeply saddened by the suffering of Falun Gong practitioners.
