Divine Performing Arts Successfully Concludes Tour in Vancouver (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) From April 25 to 28, the Divine Performing Arts of New York held five shows of the Chinese Spectacular in Vancouver.

Amy's family saw the show last year. They said that the show this year is even better. Amy liked every performance. Her daughter said: "The message of this show helps people to come together. The show also helps people to understand Chinese culture."

Robert, a retired teacher, liked all the dances. He told reporter: "I have never seen such a great show. The messages it passes on are universal values."

Lea and Gill

Lea and Gill saw the show last year. They enjoyed the show again this year. "The Mongolian dance is graceful. The music, dances and costumes were all breathtaking," Lea said.

Lea has seen Falun Gong practitioners demonstrating exercises on Granville Ave. She doesn't understand why the Chinese government persecutes such a peaceful movement. She said she would watch the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to help her understand the situation better.

Mr. Zeng came to Canada from China 30 years ago. "The show is so different than the ones in China. It has so many historic stories and it is so beautiful," he said.

Mrs. Li from Taiwan

Mrs. Li from Taiwan said: "Chinese people are proud of this show, which expresses Chinese culture. The show told Chinese history through dances and arts. It makes it easier for Westerners to understand Chinese culture and history."
