the Town of Sidney, proclaimed the month of May 2008 as "Falun Dafa
Month" in the Town of Sidney, Province of British Columbia, Canada. Town of Sidney Proclamation Falun Dafa Month Whereas, Falun Dafa is an advanced exercise and
meditation practice of mind, body and spirit based on the principles of
Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance; and Whereas, More men and women of Canada are learning the
practice and purifying their hearts, energizing their bodies and embracing
peaceful, virtuous communities; and Whereas, Falun Dafa emphasizes a holistic approach to
health that includes the cultivation of one's moral character by following the
universe's benevolent characteristics of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance;
and Now Therefore, I, Don Amos, Mayor, do hereby proclaim the
month of May 2008 in the Town of Sidney, Province of British Columbia. In Witness Whereof, I hereby set my hand this 9th
