Celebrating Falun Dafa Day in Taiwan (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Taiwan South District practitioners: Happy Birthday Master! On May 10th 2008, Falun Dafa practitioners from five counties of
Taiwan South District gathered at Qijin Beach Park in Xiaogang District,
Kaohsiung City to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. This is Master's fifty-seventh
birthday and also the sixteenth anniversary since Dafa began spreading
worldwide. Thousands of practitioners celebrated together, wanting to spread the
good news to the people and the tourists. The celebration included Fa study and
exchanging experiences in the morning, three study groups in the afternoon, and
group exercises at the beach. Practitioners handed out truth clarifying
materials on tandem bikes, and held a parade. They received a warm welcome from
the people. It was a beautiful day. Wveryone was very happy, grateful to our most
respected teacher. Thousands of practitioners studied Fa together, exchanged

exercises, the exercise music and the gentle movements attracted many tourists.
Some of them wanted to learn right away. A group of about one hundred and fifty people rode tandem bikes around the
city, handing out Falun Gong materials and lotus flowers. People were happy to
accept the materials, and many asked where they could learn Falun Gong. The parade began at Qijin ferry port, passed through the Qijin downtown, and
arrived at Water Dance Square. The parade started with the Divine Land Marching
Band holding a "Falun Dafa is Good" banner, followed by practitioners
dressed as heavenly maidens and three groups of drummers. The band attracted
many onlookers. They clapped and said: "Falun Dafa is Good!" The activities of the day attracted many onlookers, so many people learned
about the practice, the persecution, and the dignity of Dafa on the occasion of
