New Zealanders Sign Petition to Oppose the Persecution (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On May 24, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners held an event at Aotea Square in downtown Auckland to expose the persecution in China and to call for public support towards ending the persecution. Practitioners displayed many photo boards exposing the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutal persecution of Falun Gong that has persisted for nearly nine years. Many passersby stopped and read the information. Upon seeing that practitioners were collecting signatures to call for an end to the persecution, many people immediately inquired about the details. After they learned about the CCP's atrocities against Falun Gong practitioners, people signed their names without hesitation to express their condemnation of the CCP atrocities and their support for the practitioners.
