One Party Secretary in a Bad Car Accident, Another Died

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Chen Shanmei is the Political and Judiciary Party Secretary in Huaihua City, Hunan Province. On June 10, 2008, he and his wife took a minivan to Xiangtan City. On the road, the minivan ran into a bus. Three people died at the scene, including Chen Shanmei's wife.

Since Chen Shanmei became Political and Judiciary Party Secretary, he has been involved in persecuting Falun Dafa and practitioners. More specifically, he participated in the recent arrests of several dozen practitioners. As a result, we have now lost contact with several practitioners and do not know if they are alive or dead. Some practitioners were forced to divorce, breaking up their families.

We hope Chen Shanmei and other people can quickly wake up. If they stop persecuting Falun Dafa and repair the damage caused by their crimes, they can have a better future.

Former Oil Plant Party Secretary That Persecuted Dafa Has Died

Xiao Zhenguo was a former Party Secretary in Jinzhou Oil Plant of Liaohe Oil Company in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. He was more than 60 years old and retired not long ago. During the time he was Party Secretary, many practitioners were arrested, sent to forced labor camps or brainwashing centers, fined, or fired. Xiao Zhenguo also helped the 610 Office and National Security Division persecute Dafa practitioners.

Around May 20, 2008, Xiao Zhenguo died of liver cancer.
