Blind Due to Diabetes, I Recovered after Cultivating

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a 60-year-old peasant, living in Zhaogezhuang Town in Laishui County, Hebei Province. In 1998, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and later I developed diabetes. I eventually had to rely on insulin injections, about three or four per day, and I became blind and and had difficulty speaking. I was also physically weak, and my spouse had to help me get dressed. An examination showed that one of my kidneys was totally defective. The medical bill was 30,000 yuan, and I had no choice but to go home to prepare for my funeral.

In October 2006, one of my relatives came to teach me how to practice Falun Gong and told me to sincerely recite "Falun Dafa is good." Two months later, I felt my health improve day by day. Since I did not go to school and could not read, a practitioner gave me Teacher's lecture audiotapes. After a year and a half of Fa-study and exercise, I no long needed the injections or medication, and I was able to see and speak normally. I could do household chores as usual. It was Teacher who saved me and gave me a second life. I sincerely agree that "Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa!"

After witnessing the wonderfulness of Dafa, my spouse and children all agreed that Falun Dafa is good, and that Jiang Zemin's regime is persecuting innocent people. Some of them have also started to practice.
