(Clearwisdom.net) The Independence Day Parade on July 4 is one of the largest events in the Lenexa City, Kansas metro area. This event attracts thousands of people from local and surrounding cities. This year, Falun Dafa practitioners were again invited to participate in the parade.

Falun Dafa entry wins an honor award

Along the parade route, spectators took photos of the Falun Dafa float and offered warm applause and cheers. One older lady stopped in her steps when her daughter said excitedly, "Mom, wait. See, Falun Dafa--Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance. We need it!" The daughter excitedly pointed to the Falun Dafa exercise demonstration on the float.

Among the spectators, one middle-aged woman folded her hands in a speaker shape and chanted, "Falun Dafa, it is wonderful, not only beautiful!"

When the Falun Dafa float approached the main platform, the judges kept their eyes on the demonstration on the float and sat up straight. After the parade, the judges awarded the Falun Dafa procession an honor award.
