Student from Qianguo County No. 5 High School Arrested While Using the Internet and Expelled from School

(Clearwisdom.net) At approximately 6:00 p.m. on May 10, 2008, Yin Fuan, a student at Qianguo County No. 5 High School in Songyuan City, Jilin Province was arrested. When this 19-year-old boy was using the Internet to form a blog, police from Beijing monitored and discovered his belief in Falun Gong. As a result, the officers from the Songyuan National Security Team arrested him. Yin Fuchun was expelled from school.

At around 8:00 p.m. that night police officers and safety director Wang from Taipingzhuang Village, Hongquan Township, Qianguo County intended to break into Yin Fuan's house, but they were unable to pry open the outer gate. Therefore, they scaled a tall wall on Yin's neighbor's property to break into Yin's house. Five or six policemen ransacked his house, and threatened and attempted to arrest his parents who do not practice Falun Gong.

Yin Fuchun has been held at the Qianguo County Detention Center for over 30 days. Yin Fuchun is a good student and his grades are excellent. His teachers and classmates all feel sorry for his being dismissed from school.

We call on the righteous people all over the world to help rescue Yin Fuan so that he can regain his freedom and go back to school soon. We also remind Falun Gong practitioners who are using the Internet to be careful and do the three things well with a rational and clear mind.
