Ms. Zhao Chunxiang, Ms. Qiu Xiaozhen, Mr. Fu Xin, and Mr. Wu Wen'an Illegally Arrested

(Clearwisdom.net) At around 8:00 p.m. on August 28, 2008, Liao Xuesheng, who heads the Domestic Security Division of Gong'an County Police Department of Hebei Province, mobilized three police vehicles and broke into the homes of Ouchi Town Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Wu Wen'an, in his 50s, Ms. Zhao Chunxiang, in her 60s, and Ms. Qiu Xiaozhen, 58. Without any warrants, the police illegally arrested the above mentioned practitioners, as well as practitioner Mr. Fu Xin, 30, who was visiting Ms. Zhao Chunxiang at the time. The police searched and ransacked their homes and confiscated their Falun Gong books and truth-clarification materials. They also took Wu Wen'an's cell phone, over 1,000 yuan in cash from Ms. Qiu Xiaozhen and a computer that belongs to Ms. Qiu's son.

The four practitioners are being held in Gong'an County Detention Center. Information has leaked out that the police have already filed criminal charges against Ms. Qiu Xiaozhen and Mr. Fu Xin. They boasted that they would send the practitioners to a forced labor camp.

Mr. Fu Xin works at Ouchi Town Industrial Grease Company. He is from Shishou Township. He started practicing Falun Gong after he left Shishou and has no contact with practitioners there. His home address is unknown, so his family doesn't yet know about his arrest. Anyone who knows his family is asked to please notify them about his situation.

Before learning Falun Dafa, Ms. Zhao Chunxiang suffered from coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, anemia, stomach illness, nephritis, and rheumatism. She struggled with pain for years. After she started practicing Falun Dafa, she became healthy and full of energy. She is kind to her neighbors and many people know her. Even the people in the local government know that Falun Dafa is good because of Ms. Zhao. Her family also supports her practicing Falun Gong.

There is no one to care for Ms. Qiu Xiaozhen's 90-year-old mother and two grandsons at home. Ms. Zhao's husband is very worried about her and can't sleep or eat. The shop they operate could not continue and is now closed.

Mr. Wu makes his living operating a tricycle carrier (motorcycle taxi) for his family of four, and the family is now without income.

The police used practitioners' acquaintances, classmates, and friends to deceive the practitioners into opening their doors during the arrests. It was done by people on the neighborhood committees or community offices.
