Let Go of Human Notions to End the Persecution

I'd like to share some of my understandings regarding this.

Since the beginning of this year, Minghui/Clearwisdom published news that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was using the Olympics as an excuse to arrest many practitioners in Beijing. Soon afterwards, many practitioners in other areas were arrested as well. It became worse and worse. Every day, more and more cases were published. Many practitioners were sent to labor camps; some even died from being tortured. Practitioners overseas kept sharing understandings on this, hoping that more people could help to rescue these practitioners who were being persecuted. During our rescue efforts viaof calling China, many practitioners were released; however, the arrests in China continued.

During this period, many practitioners in China or overseas had human notions, believing that the CCP would arrest many practitioners during the Olympics. The evil took advantage of these thoughts, which were a loophole. Because of this, some practitioners in China dared not clarify the facts any longer, thinking that the situation was too difficult. Some overseas practitioners emphasized during experience sharing that many practitioners were arrested because of the Olympics and asked people to hurry up to rescue them. Whenever we saw the descriptions of this brutal persecution, we were anxious, crying, angry and helpless. Now thinking back, we had too many human notions.

Teacher has mentioned again and again in recent lectures that the evil actually has very little power now. In "Fa Teaching at the 2008 New York Conference", Teacher said:

"At present, as the Fa-rectification constantly forges ahead, the surface dimension has the look of something that would be punctured from just a little poke. There is little of it left. The evil beings are being decimated in large quantities, and right now, as long as Dafa disciples keep strong righteous thoughts, the evil beings can no longer mount any resistance."

We should not focus so much on the persecution. We should be clear in our minds that Minghui/Clearwisdom and the other media that report the arrests are exposing the evil, so that non-practitioners will be able to learn the fact that practitioners are under persecution. However, we are cultivators. After reading these reports, our first thought should be to deny this and not to give more energy to the evil. Whether there are Olympics or not, the evil is never qualified to persecute Dafa practitioners. If we as a whole body deny this arrangement, the evil would lose. Many practitioners were arrested during the Olympics and we definitely should rescue them. However, if we do it with human notions, it will become a loophole for the evil to endlessly persecute us.

We really should use these lessons and not view these incidents with human notions. It is now the final stage of cultivation, but still there are many practitioners under persecution, and many practitioners are still attached to a human way of thinking and use human notions to view the problems, making them unable to deal with everything from their divine side. To prevent the persecution from continuing, I think it is very necessary to point out the following:

1. All practitioners must completely deny the arrangements of the old forces in their minds.

2. Those practitioners who are being persecuted should pay attention to strengthening their righteous thoughts, and follow Teacher's instructions to use their righteous thoughts to suppress the evil, and immediately stop the persecution towards them. This is also saving sentient beings. At the same time, while all the practitioners send forth righteous thoughts as a group, we should use our strong power to strengthen the righteous thoughts of those persecuted practitioners, and help them to get out from under the persecution sooner.

3. Those practitioners who are not under persecution must clean up their minds and get rid of bad thoughts. They should not neglect anything or any problem. Once they find problems affecting security, they should immediately deny these with their righteous thoughts. When they hear that the evil will persecute practitioners in a certain area, or that practitioners in detention would be sentenced to several years in jail etc, they should immediately deny these arrangements.

We should be righteous during the last stage of Fa rectification. As mentioned in "Fellow Practitioners, Let Us Give Up Our Human Mindsets."

"Let us study the Fa more, put down attachments such as looking outside of ourselves, and then truly look inside ourselves to cultivate and save people steadily, so that we will not falter in our important mission as 'Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples.'"
