Eliminate Attachments That Interfere With Fa Study

(Clearwisdom.net) While studying Zhuan Falun today, I felt I wasn't able to concentrate, so I had no alternative but to stop, and look within myself for the reason. What surprised me was, I was sleepy when reading Zhuan Falun, whereas I was able to keep awake when reading Teacher's new lectures. I believe the reason for it happening was that my thought karma played a major role, and my human notion of wanting new knowledge caused me to lack solid faith in Dafa. What was in my mind was, I read Zhuan Falun many, many times, feeling that I was very familiar with the contents, so I was not as "interested" in the book, but looked for more "stimulating" things to read such as new lectures. Isn't this an attachment to seeking new knowledge? Having cultivated Dafa for so many years, why did I still have this kind of curiosity, making me feel that reading Zhuan Falun was stale? If so, how could I truly understand Dafa?

Basically speaking, it was a problem of believing solidly in Dafa or not. Do we believe that Dafa is supernormal and that Dafa encompasses everything? Doe we really have a solid belief in Dafa?

Righteous actions are based on righteous thoughts. Fa study is a concrete action. Whether or not we study the Fa well depends on how steadfast we are on our path of cultivation. It also depends on how well we walk on the path that Teacher arranged for us. It determines as well if we're true Dafa practitioners able to reach consummation.

Teacher has taught us everything and everything seems to be finishing touches. We haven't seen any new lectures for some time, so, my understanding is that Teacher is letting us have the opportunity to walk the most upright path much more

Let us give up and destroy our human notions, habits, and learning styles. Let us realize that Fa study is a guarantee for saving sentient beings and reaching consummation. With our consummation we will be able to save the countless sentient beings in the universe that we represent. Teacher's Fa is everlasting and unchangeable--the answer to everything and every substance. Fa is the reason that the universe exists. Fa is the contrast of our cultivation. The Fa is immeasurably valuable! However, our time is running out!
