With Faith in Master, My Terminal Illness Disappeared and My Health Was Restored

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a worker living in a small town in Panzhihua City. I am a Falun Gong practitioner who was fortunate to obtain the Fa not long ago.

In July 2008 I found two purple patches on my leg. At the time, I did not pay attention to them. Later I went to the hospital for a regular check up and was diagnosed with chronic granular cell leukemia.

I lost hope when I saw the diagnosis in the medical record. I was only 36 years old, and yet I was already diagnosed with a terminal disease. I was already beckoned by death, and I did not know how much longer I would live. Thus I followed the doctor's instructions to go into the hospital and receive treatment.

I checked into the Panzhihua hospital, and I had to get injections and take medications every day. I received treatment for about two months. My condition improved, but I lost almost all my hair due to the chemotherapy. After I returned home, I continued the treatment. Later I received traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and experienced some recovery from this. But the number of my red blood cells increased while my white blood cells dropped. My friends and relatives suggested that I go to the provincial capital of Chengdu to do a blood-group match so that I could prepare for a bone marrow transplant. This cost for this treatment was estimated to be 50,000 yuan.

I am a laid-off worker, and I have no source of income. Even if I sold everything in my house, I would not be able to pay such a huge sum for medical expenses. Furthermore my son is still young and still growing; we also need to pay for his education. After much thought, I decided that I would rather let my life end instead of being debt-ridden due to medical expenses.

When I was still struggling with the decision about whether to continue living, a Falun Gong practitioner took the initiative to clarify the truth about Falun Gong to me. She told me about the miraculous healing effects of Falun Gong and its wonderfulness. She brought me the videos showing Master giving the lectures and teaching the Fa, and she shared her cultivation experiences with me. She said that I had to completely let go of the thought of having my illnesses treated and really have faith in Master and in Dafa. "Upon hearing the Dao in the morning, one can pass away in the evening without regret." I am so fortunate to be able to obtain Dafa in this critical period where this predestined opportunity comes only once in many thousands of years. I will listen to Master's arrangement in everything, and I am determined to persist in my cultivation of Falun Gong to the end.

I started my cultivation of Falun Gong in September 2008. My health has been restored. Now my hair has all grown back, and my weight has increased. My emotional and physical health is better, and I feel joyful. I am sincerely grateful towards Master from the bottom of my heart. I thank Dafa for everything given to me! I sincerely hope that more people can get to know Dafa and understand Dafa, start cultivation in Dafa, and treasure this predestined opportunity given today by Dafa which comes only once in thousands of years.
