(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Beizhen City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Zhongbao and Mr. Liu Yuan
Arrested At around 3:00 p.m. on July 20, 2009, Mr. Li Zhongbao and Mr. Liu Yuan were
illegally arrested by officers from the Goubangzi City Police
Department. They are now in the Beizhen City Detention Center. Additionally the
police confiscated Mr. Liu Yuan's personal belongings. Director of the Comprehensive Treatment Office: 86-416-6622860 2. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Shen Li Arrested and Imprisoned in
the Henan Province Women's Prison Ms. Shen Li, a 50 year-old employee of the Underground Operation Group of
Huabei Petroleum Administration, was arrested on July 7, 2008, by the Qinling
Police Station in Zhengzhou City. She was sentenced to three years in prison by
the Zhengzhou City Intermediate Court. On April 1, 2009, she was sent to the
Henan Province Women's Prison. 3. [Xinyang City, Henan Province] Additional Information on the Persecution
of Mr. Zhang Hu In August, 2008, Mr. Zhang Hu from Xinyang City was arrested by Wu Bo,head of
the Domestic Security Division in Shihe District, Xinyang City, and Wang Junjie,
as well as the deputy head and other policemen. The police arbitrarily concluded
that his handwriting was similar to that in a "three withdrawals"
message posted on a telegraph pole, and sentenced him to five years in prison in
June 2009. Mr. Zhang Hu had been sentenced to four years in prison in 2000. He
was grossly mistreated and abused in prison,and lost his job when he returned
home. 4. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Additional Information on the Arrest of Ms.
Deng Xiuqin At 10:00 a.m. on July 20, 2009, with the assistance of Li Changjin, Director
of the Shenqin Residential Committee, and his assistant, Qi Jixian, officers
from the Qiaokou Police Department in Wuhan City ransacked Ms. Deng Xiuqin's
home, and confiscated all her personal belongings, including more than1,000
yuan in cash and Falun Gong
books and discs. 5. [Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Severely Beaten
and Their Home Searched On May 13, 2009, Mr. Wang Xizhu was arrested by the Liucheng Police Station
in Chaoyang County and held at the Chaoyang County Detention Center. His
relatives were forbidden to visit him. On July 14, Mr. Wang's daughter and her little baby, as well as
practitioners Ms. Zhang Xiaohua, Ms. Li Guozhi, Ms. Zhang Xiaoyan, and Ms. Ao
Shuqing, went to the Chaoyang County Police Department to visit her father.
However, the deputy head,Wang Yuehua, and other policemen severely beat them.
Later, officers from the Chaoyang County Police Department and the Liucheng
Police Station ransacked their houses and took three computers and a large
number of personal belongings. Ms. Ao Shuqing's computer, Falun Gong books, MP3 player, and exercise tapes
were taken. Ms. Zhang Xiaohua's computer, telephones, and Falun Gong materials
were taken. Ms. Li Guozhi's computer, printer, radio, lights, and exercise
tapes were taken. Ms. Zhang Xiaoyan's Falun Gong books and a photo of Master
were also taken. Fan Tieju, chief of the Chaoyang County Police Department: 86-13904919978 6. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Zhang Yaoli Arrested in Shanghai Between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on July 22, 2009, Ms. Zhang Yaoli from
Changsha City was arrested at her office in Shanghai by the Shanghai Police
Department and the National Security Division. Her whereabouts remain unknown. 7. [Beijing] Ms. Chen Chang Arrested On July 10, 2009, Ms. Chen Chang was arrested on her way to work. 8. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Bao Yunrang Arrested and Taken to
Brainwashing Center At the beginning of May, 2009, 610 Office personnel in Zhou
County, Zibo City arrested Ms. Geng Qingliu and ransacked her home. She was sent
home on May 15. Meanwhile, the police also arrested her husband, Mr. Bao Yunrang,
and unlawfully held him at the 610 Office Brainwashing Center in Zibo City. Wang Enming, head of the Zibo City 610 Office: 86-533-3176186,
86-13805333379, 86-533-391550 9. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Sun Chengdao Forcibly Imprisoned
after Expiration of Sentence Mr. Sun Chengdao, a practitioner from Beigang Town, Baishan City, Jilin
Province, was unlawfully held at the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp. After his
term ended, the labor camp authorities unlawfully held him for ten more days. 10. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Xu Minghai Arrested On July 17, 2009, Mr. Xu Minghai from Dalian City was arrested bythe Kuiying
Street Police Station in the Zhongshan District and the Dalian Domestic Security
Division. The police also ransacked his home. Mr. Xu Minghai is currently in the

86-411-82682107 11. [Yongji County, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Yanzhen Again Arrested Ms. Wang Yanzhen, a 48 year-old retiree, was arrested on April 25, 2008, by
the 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division in Yongji County. She was then
sent to the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City for a year of forced
labor. She returned home at the beginning of this April. On July 19, 2009, agents from the 610 Office and Domestic Security Division
in Yongji County and many policemen from the Chengnan Police Station again broke
into Ms. Wang's house, arrested her, and held her at the Yongji County
Detention Center. Ms. Wang's husband has had a stroke and cannot take care of himself. His
elderly mother, who is over 80 and in poor health, is now trying to look after
him. 12. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Two Practitioners Arrested On the evening, July 8, 2009, officers from the Weibin Police Department, the
Webin National Security Division's 610 Office, and the Jitan Road Police Station
broke into Mr. Zhao Ru and Ms. Qian Huilan's home (both of them are over 70
years old), arrested them, ransacked their home, and confiscated their personal
belongings, including Falun Gong materials. They are being held and persecuted
at the Lingyun Hotel in Baoji City. 13. [Liaoning Province] Ms. Shi Ningyao Arrested On July 4, 2009, Ms. Shi Ningyao, a practitioner who returned home after
studying abroad in the UK, was arrested by a spy from the National Security
Division in Dalian City. After the arrest, the National Security Division and
the Domestic Security Division interrogated her for one and a half days and
tried to make her sign an incriminating statement. However, Ms. Shi Ning Yao
refused to cooperate. At about 2:00 a.m., she successfully took off the
handcuffs and ran away. 14. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Mr. Zheng Shucun Arrested At 9:00 a.m. on July 19, 2009, Mr. Zheng Shucun, 58, who worked in the
Wanjiang Mechanism Factory in Hefei City, was arrested by undercover policemen
wearing plainclothes. His whereabouts remain unknown. 15. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhou Yulian Arrested At around 6:00 p.m. on July 20, 2009, Ms. Zhou Yulian was arrested at her
home. 16. [Huangmei County, Hubei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested On the evening of July 19, 2009, Ms. Li Xiaoqiao, Ms. Dan Taohua, and Ms. Dai
Anxi from Xiaochi Town, Huangmei County, were illegally arrested by Shi Heqiu,
head of the Liuzuo Village Police Station in Xiaochi Town and other officers.
The police stole personal belongings, including an electric tricycle worth more
than three thousand yuan. The three practitioners were transferred to and are
being persecuted in the Huangmei County Detention Center. 17. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Wenzhang Secretly Sentenced to
Four Years in Prison Mr. Wang Wenzhang from Baiyu Village, Xifeng County, Tieling City, was
reported to be a Falun Gong practitioner while he was distributing informational
materials and clarifying the truth on March 2, 2009. He was then
arrested by the Pinggang Town Police Station at around 11:00 a.m., and held at
the Xifeng County Detention Center. On July 9, 2009, Mr. Wang was secretly
sentenced to four years in prison by the Xifeng County Court. Meng Lingjuan, chief judge of the Criminal Division of the Xinfeng County
Court: 86-410-7842401, 86-410-7857091, 86-13704106391 (Cell) 18. [Tianjing] Two Practitioners Held in the Zhaojiadi Detention Center Ms. Wu Kunfang, in her 60s, and Ms. Zhang Wenping, in her 50s, both from
Gaoxinli, Tanggu, were arrested on July 17, 2009, by Li Ruiyong and others from
the Xinhe Street Police Station. The police also stole their truth-clarification
materials. These two practitioners are now in the Zhaojiadi Detention Center. Gaoxinli Residential Committee: 86-22-66319650 19. [Taigu County, Shanxi Province] Mr. Li Zhuzi and Ms. Yang Meiqin Arrested On the afternoon, July 7, 2009, Mr. Li Zhuzi and Ms. Yang Meiqin from Dongli
Village, Xiaobai Township, Taigu County, were reported by Qiao Benlin to the
Village Police Station and the Taigu Police Department. The two were then
arrested. The police subsequently ransacked Mr. Li Zhuzi's home and
confiscated his personal belongings including computers and printers. At
present, Ms. Yang Meiqin is being held in the Taigu County Detention Center, and
no one is allowed to visit her. Mr. Li Zhuzi is in the Taigu County Lockup. Head of Taigu County Police Department: 86-354-6267805 20. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yang Yukun's Wife Arrested On July 20, 2009, more than ten policemen from the local 610 Office, the
Domestic Security Division, and the Jiulong Street Police Station went to Mr.
Yang Yukun's home to arrest him. Because he was not home, the police arrested
his wife and ransacked their home and confiscxated all their personal
belongings, including Falun Gong books, a DVD player, and an MP3 player. 21. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Mr. Shao Fangdong and Ms. Wang Ping Arrested Mr. Shao Fangdong and his wife, Ms. Wang Ping, were arrested by the Domestic
Security Division and the Political and Judiciary Committee when they went out
for a walk after dinner. They are currently held in the Dehui Detention Center. 22. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhou Shulian Arrested Ms. Zhou Shulian, in her 60s, who lives in Peiying Street, Yushu City, was
arrested on the evening of July 20, 2009 Her whereabouts are unknown. 23. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Xuesong Arrested On the afternoon of July 20, 2009, Mr. Li Xuesong was arrested by four to
five policemen. 24. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhang Shaoling and Ms. Yun Held
in Custody Ms. Zhang Shaoling and Ms. Yun were held at the Chatou Detention Center. 25. [Changyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Chunlan Persecuted Ms. Yang Chunlan was persecuted by the 610 Office in Changyi City and
illegally held at the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp for one year. 26. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yuping Arrested On the afternoon of July 14, 2009, Ms. Wang Yuping from Shengli Town, Bin
County, Heilongjiang Province, was arrested by the Shengli Police Station. She
was reported to be a Falun Gong practitioner. She is currently in the Bin County
No. 1 Detention Center. Zhao Ming, head of the Bin County
No. 1 Detention Center: 86-15945078166 27. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Han Yushan and Ms. Jia Arrested On July 19, 2009, Mr. Han Yushan and Ms. Jia were arrested at their home by
the Songshan Police Station. 28. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Chunjie Arrested and Persecuted At around 7:00 p.m. on July 20, 2009, Mr. Li Chunjie from Wukeshu Town, Yushu
City, was arrested by the police from the Yushu Domestic Security Division. He
was then unlawfully held and persecuted at the Yushu Detention Center. 29. [Xixia City, Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Yubin Arrested and Money Extorted
from His Family On July 20, 2009, Mr. Sun Yubin from Anzikuang Village, Daliujia Town, Xixia
City, was arrested by Hu Shaosheng and others from the Daliujia Police Station.
She was then taken to the detention center. The police also extorted money from
his family. That afternoon, the police went to Mr. Sun's home and removed
personal items. 30. [Huangshi City, Hubei Province] Mr. Liu Yunchao Sentenced On July 10, 2009, Mr. Liu Yunchao was secretly sentenced to three years in
prison and then sent to the Hongshan Prison in Hubei Province. First instance - Xialu District Court 31. [Jieyang City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Xie Xizhu Arrested At around 7:00 p.m. on July 20, 2009, the 610 Office of Jieyang City and more
than ten officers from the Police Station in Yunlu Town, Jiedong County, broke
into Mr. Xie Huiliang's home with the assistance of Xie Hongwei, head of the
Village Public Security Committee. The police ransacked his home, and
confiscated his personal belongings, including a photo of Master, Falun Gong
books, Falun Gong discs, and a computer for his child's study. They also
arrested his wife, Ms. Xie Xizhu. Office of the Yunlu Town Police Station: 86-663-3221110 32. [Pingjiang County, Hunan Province] Six Practitioners Arrested On July 20, 2009, Mr. Huang Rengen and his wife, Ms. Wu Manxiang, from
Meixian Town, Pingjiang County, along with Mr. Huang Rengen and his wife, Ms. Wu
Manxiang, and Mr. Chen Kuangzong from Yuping Town were arrested by the National
Security Division. On July 18, Mr. Su Jungao, Mr. Su Zheng, and Ms. Lan Ying
from Yuping Town were also arrested. They are being held at the detention
center. Yu Sixin, head of the National Security Division in Pingjiang County:
86-13347308168 33. [Guangdong Province] Information about the Persecution of Ms. Chen Lidong Ms. Chen Lidong, 38, is from Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. In 2001, she
was arrested and taken to the Tianhe Detention Center in Guangzhou City and then
transferred to the Guangzhou No. 1 Detention Center. In 2002, she was sentenced
to 13 years in prison. She has been held at the Guangdong Women's Prison since
2002. During this time, the prison guards used many methods to persecute her,
including sleep deprivation, beatings, hard labor, and instigating other
prisoners against her. Ms. Chen is still being subjected to forced labor in the Guangdong Women's
Prison, and is surrounded by three prisoners every day. July 21, 2009
