Good evening Mayor and Council members. I really didn't think I would be speaking tonight and all of a sudden I found that I could speak on the subject.
Mayor Voepel, I certainly congratulate you on your stand because I think we have all seen own through the years how the Chinese have gotten with the Dali Lama, chased him out of Tibet, has chastised, tortured and hurt these poor people who believe in nothing but spirituality and the good of others. During my lifetime, I have studied just about a better part of most of the religions and in the 70s I became a student and a believer in the paranormal. Then I started in on the studies of spirituality and meditation. And Falun Gong is one of those where you have your exercises. Also it blends strictly on spirituality and the good for yourself in healing your own self and the helping of healing others. And I am so glad to see them now here in our country.
I wish them the very best and in, like I say I'm speaking right off the top of my head, because what I'm about to do for my Chinese brothers and sisters that are here. Happy New Year.
