From April 13-16, about 40 Falun Gong practitioners gathered and shared experiences at an Easter retreat in Gothenburg, Sweden. There would have been more, but many practitioners were in Geneva due to the UN Human Rights Commission meeting.
We found that people improved and opened up their hearts more when we discussed in small groups. Many practitioners discovered their attachments and gained new insights. We performed the exercises frequently and read a lot, especially Master's newest article and his two latest lectures, which really gave us a deeper understanding of the Fa.
We noticed that there were a lot of new practitioners, and they seemed to have a very good understanding of the Fa. There was also discussion about how we should clarify the truth and spread the Fa. We even discussed publishing our own "Peaceful Journey" booklet in Swedish.
The Easter retreat has become a tradition and it is very helpful for new practitioners, because they seem to have a lot of questions. It has been held every year since Master Li introduced Falun Gong to Sweden in 1995.
