Falun Dafa practitioner Li Xupeng from Shenyang City, Liaoning Province was unjustly arrested and sent to the Tuanhe Labor Camp in the Spring of 2002. After one year of brainwashing and physical torture, his term has been illegally extended ten more months just because he refused to give up his beliefs. He has been sent to the vicious concentration team to be further persecuted. The concentration team has used several electric batons to shock Falun Dafa practitioner Wu Xiangwan all at once, leaving wounds all over his body. During his time with the concentration team, Falun Dafa practitioner Li Jingsheng was tied onto the bed board practitioners sleep on, and kept there for long periods of time.

Around May 20, 2002, the neighborhood administration office and the local police came again. They were meaner than last time. They ordered me to write the "Dissociation Statement" [A statement to declare a dissociation with Falun Gong and promise not to go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong]. They also said my boss had to guarantee to cooperate, otherwise they would send me to a labor camp with no exceptions. I absolutely refused to write. Then my bosses tried to persuade me. The vice director said, "I am truly unwilling to let you go this time. But it seems there is no other way." The vice director of the main office said, "You cannot go! We need you to do important work here." I enlightened that I should not follow the path arranged by the old forces, and I sent forth righteous thoughts, asking Master to strengthen me. I still work everyday like before, and there has been no sign of my leaving. My bosses still assign jobs to me like before. The next Monday, the office manager found me in my work place. He told me the police came again, but our boss chased them away, and gave them a resignation report. Thus, the police have never come to bother me again.

The evil head has been sued in a United States court. The old forces have seen that their final day is near, so they are even more wildly persecuting Falun Dafa disciples, utilizing the evil thugs in the human world. They are very scared that Falun Dafa disciples are writing reports and sending them to the courts. Police in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province went door to door visiting Falun Dafa practitioners' homes. They asked them if they wrote anything.
