1. Those who are responsible for persecuting Falun Dafa practitioner Huang Ke of Fushun City to Death

Falun Dafa practitioner Huang Ke of Fushun City, Liaoning Province was arrested by the police from the Guangming Police Station, Wanghua District, Fushun City at the end of June 2003 and was held at the Fushun No. 1 Detention Center. Huang Ke went on a hunger strike to protest the illegal arrest and was force-fed several times. On July 3, the practitioner was tortured to death. The following are some of the people who are responsible for the death of Huang Ke: Zhang Fuyi and Zheng Kai, policemen; Zheng Pu, male, Head of the Security Department of the Fushun Petrochemical Works' Research Institute.

2. The Yunnan No. 2 Forced Labor Camp Illegally Refused to Allow Falun Dafa Practitioners to Meet with Their Lawyers and Relatives

Falun Dafa practitioner Wu Guiyou from Songming County, Yunnan Province has again been abducted and sent to forced labor. On October 19, Wu's sister, relatives and friends accompanied a lawyer, driving nearly one hundred kilometers to the Yunnan Provincial No. 2 Forced Labor Camp in Dapingba, Lufeng County to visit Wu Huiyou. When the Head of the Administrative Section (a man named Qiu) learned that it was a Falun Dafa practitioner whom they had come visit, he made them wait from morning until 2:30 p.m. When he finally came to them, he said, "The Provincial '610 Office' made it very clear that no lawyers are allowed to meet with or defend the Falun Gong practitioners." Then he called in four thugs to force them to leave.

In September, lawyers defending Dafa practitioner Guo Hongyun from Anning City, who was also held at the Provincial No. 2 Forced Labor Camp, was denied his right to meet with his lawyer, as were Dafa practitioners Ms. Yao Jiali from Dongchuan District and Ms. Feng Lihua from Kunming City, who were both being held at the Provincial Women's Forced Labor Camp. The Head of the Provincial Women's Forced Labor Camp said savagely, "As long as I remain the head of the camp, it will be impossible for lawyers to meet with Falun Gong practitioners." The provincial and the Kunming City police also illegally interrogated the relatives and taxi drivers who went to the camps, and warned the lawyers not to defend Falun Gong practitioners.

3. Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Huang Yuping of Qihe County, Shandong Province Has Been Held Beyond Her Release Date

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Huang Yuping of Qihe County went to Beijing to petition on behalf of Falun Dafa on October 1, 2000, and was detained and taken to the detention center by the Qihe County Police. On November 3 of the same year, she was sentenced to three years forced labor and held at the Wangcun Women's Forced Labor Camp, where she suffered all kinds of inhuman torture. Ms. Huang Yuping phoned the Chief of the County Police Department upon her release from the labor camp and told him about the illegal conduct of her work unit and the inhuman torture she had suffered during her detention at the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp. Then she was sent to the Dezhou Brainwashing Center, and on April 7, 2003 was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. She was then held at the Shandong Provincial No. 1 Women's Forced Labor Camp and became severely emaciated as a result of the torture. On September 7, 2004 Huang Yuping was imprisoned beyond the original term of forced labor because she wouldn't give up her belief in Falun Dafa, and she was deprived of her family visitation rights.

4. Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Lin Chunzi, a Korean National, Has Been Tortured at the Hailin Detention Center

Policemen Jiang Yuntao, Lu Lihai and Jin Haizhu of the National Security Section of the Hailin Police Department abducted Falun Dafa practitioner Lin Chunzi, a 60-year-old Korean national, on September 29, 2002. She suffered all kinds of torture, including being force-fed mustard oil. During her detention, Lin Chunzi persisted in reciting and studying the Falun Gong teachings and practicing the exercises. One day when Ms. Lin Chunzi was sending forth righteous thoughts, she was called to the courtyard by one of the persecutors named Shan Chengqiang, who forced her to stand barefoot on the ice for a long time, and let water drops from the gutter drip into her collar. She was chilled to the bone and shivering from the freezing cold. On September 24, 2004 Ms. Lin Chunzi was sent to the Harbin Women's Prison for further persecution. Around that same time, five more Falun Dafa practitioners were sentenced to imprisonment.

5. Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yali of Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province has Recently Been Tortured

The lawless officials of Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province gave orders to escalate the city's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners for 100 days. Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Yali and more than ten other practitioners from Wuchang City were abducted, and two Dafa truth-clarification materials production sites were ransacked. Ms. Zhang Yali was detained for 84 days; she was released only after her family asked influential persons for help and paid nearly ten thousand yuan (1) for bail. Since July 20, 1999 Ms. Zhang Yali has been arrested five times over the course of five years and had a total of about 70,000 yuan extorted from her. Her family members have stood by her and saw even more clearly the evil nature of the persecution. Ms. Zhang Yali continues to go to work. The Head of the "610 Office" Zhu Xuanfu shouted, "Zhang Yali has only two choices, one is to be heavily sentenced and the other to spend huge sums of money."

6. A Glimpse of the Inside Story of the Baoding Forced Labor Camp in Hebei Province

Over the past few years, the policemen of the Baoding Forced Labor Camp in Hebei Province persecuted several hundred Falun Gong practitioners. The torture methods used include hanging and handcuffing as well as electric shocks. After the police abducted Dafa practitioner Yuan Jinliang of Qingyan Village, Fuping Township, Fuping County, Baoding Prefecture, he was forced to lie on a hospital bed. His wrists were handcuffed to the metal sides of the bed, and his legs were also tied to the sides. Then two men, one on either side, shocked him with electric batons (150 to 200 thousand volts). In this way the victim could be tortured without any means of resistance. One young man named Wang Chunde from Sichuan was handcuffed to the bed, and four perpetrators, each armed with an electric baton, shocked him simultaneously. After awhile they tied him with two more ropes, one on his stomach and the other on his legs. Mr. Wang Chunde was tortured for more than two weeks. Falun Dafa practitioner Liu Wen from Zhuozhou City had coin-sized, black burn marks all over his body as a result of the electric shocks.
