(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.]

Wu Xizhi, a 38-year-old policeman, was the head of Xima Town Police Station in Xishui County, Hebei Province. On the morning of June 19, 2004, when he was fishing in the Fine Fishing Pool near the Xishui Railway Station, he was killed by an electric shock.

Since July 20, 1999, Wu Xizhi had followed closely the Jiang regime in the persecution of Dafa and Dafa practitioners. As a result, many practitioners' personal belongings and homes were confiscated and they were fined or detained. In early 2004, Dafa practitioner Liu Zhongyang, a retired employee from Xishui County Motor Vehicle Transportation Company, died as a result of the persecution led by Wu Xizhi.

Liu Xiaobo was the party secretary of Dengshibu Town. Since July 20, 1999, he had been persecuting Dafa, and he had fostered a deep hatred towards Dafa practitioners who went to Beijing to appeal. In the winter of 1999, he directly led more than 30 town government officers to confiscate the corn from Dafa practitioners who had been to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong or who were determined to continue to practice. For those who did not have corn, he confiscated farm equipment. He forced the sale of the corn, and obtained 3000 Yuan. He then used the money for his own personal use. In April 2000, Faku County Detention Center sent back the practitioners who had been to Beijing. Liu Xiaobo insisted on not accepting them back into his district. Later, after having no choice but to take them back, he conducted a brainwashing "class" for two months to hold the practitioners. Liu Xiaobo sent Dafa practitioner Sun Defu to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Later, after listening to the guards' phony reports, he sent two Dafa practitioners to a detention center. In order to further persecute Dafa practitioners, he once framed them by asking his subordinates to plant truth-clarification materials in front of a Dafa practitioner's home. He then used that as evidence and arrested the Dafa practitioner. In Spring 2002, he illegally seized the car of Dafa practitioner Yan Jihui.

He was killed in a car accident on May 2, 2004. There were three people in the car when the car ran into a tree, but the other two were not injured.

Gao Min, male, 29 years old, was a resident in Longping Village of Nanqiang Town in Suining City. He had been participating in the persecution of Falun Dafa. He went for a vacation in 2003, claiming it was for "training." There was about 8 or 9 people with him. When their van was driving on a mountain, however, a rock suddenly fell down the slope. Gao Min, who was sitting in the van, was killed by the rock.
