Strongly Condemning Jiang's Villain Group's Terrorist Actions

On the afternoon of June 28, 2004, two Australian consular officials in the U.S. met with representatives of Falun Gong practitioners and promised to deliver the practitioners' appeal to the Australian government's Department of Foreign Affairs to investigate the South African drive-by shooting incident.

Persecution Facts

Dafa practitioner Mr. Xue Jiangtao, from Nanbaima Village, Baima Town, Yi County, Hebei Province is 32 years old. On August 17, 2003, he was abducted for clarifying the truth and was sent to Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp for one year of forced labor. He walked out of the labor camp with the power of his righteous thoughts in mid December 2003, but left home to avoid the persecution and his currently whereabouts are unknown. The perpetrators often harassed Xue Jiangtao's parents and wife, until his wife had a nervous breakdown.

The perpetrators at Division One in the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City, Jilin Province never stopped persecuting Dafa. Dafa practitioners Hao Hongfa and Zou Yanming resisted the persecution. On May 11, 2004, guard Ji Wenquan led four inmates to beat Hao Hongfa until his back and legs turned black and blue. Afterwards they forced him to sit on the concrete ground daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for four days and they shortened his sleep time. Hao Hongfa had difficulty walking afterwards. On May 19, Ji Wenquan tortured Zou Yanming in the same way, beating him until he could no longer move.

Persecutors and Their Crimes

Miao Zhongkai is a persecutor from Xuchang City "610 Office" in Henan Province. In August 2000, ten practitioners in Xuchang City refused to give up their belief in Dafa, and a group of guards led by Miao Zhongkai sentenced them to forced labor. They tied up the practitioners and dragged them to various parts of town to hold public conferences to attack Dafa and the practitioners.

Perpetrators Miao Zhongkai, and Zhou Hengwei tortured female practitioner Chang Qing. They hung her up, slapped her face and beat her with police batons. Her body was covered with bruises and blood, and the two didn't stop until they were exhausted.
