Jia Xiufang and her daughter Jia Jun were both kidnapped and brought to the Jinan City 610 Office brainwashing class on February 24. The next day, Jia Jun walked out with righteous thoughts. The persecution of Jia Xiufang in the brainwashing class was then intensified. During that time, her husband asked to see her but was turned down without any reason. Placed under great fear and distress, he passed away. Jia Xiufang's daughter Jia Jun endured the pain of losing her father while still going to the police station and township government buildings to clarify the truth to the authorities and to request her mother's release.
