Solemn Declaration
On July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started its brutal persecution of Falun Gong. Because my daughter believed in Truth-Compassion-Forbearance, she was illegally detained, subjected to brainwashing, and suffered other forms of persecution. My family endured huge pressure economically and psychologically. I once mistakingly hated Falun Gong. I did bad things against Dafa in both my words and actions. Later on, through reading truth-clarification materials and listening to my daughter's persuasion, I learned about all the bad things done by Jiang and the evil CCP, who treated Falun Gong unjustly. I hereby declare: All that I did that was disrespectful to Dafa is null and void. I will use every opportunity to tell people that Dafa is good and make up for my mistakes.
