(Clearwisdom.net) This report involves nine provinces and 23 cities/counties. There were 52 Falun Gong practitioners tortured during imprisonment and at least 29 practitioners unlawfully arrested.
1. [Beijing ] The Haidian Police Station Arrests Practitioner Mr. Li Jinpeng
On December 16, 2007, officers from the Haidian Police Station arrested Mr. Li Jinpeng and locked him in the Haidian Detention Center. Mr. Li had been unlawfully imprisoned for six years and was just released a year ago.
2. [Tianjin City] A Female Practitioner Is Arrested
On December 15, 2007, a female practitioner in her 50s was distributing truth clarifying materials in Shuyuanli on Nanbei Avenue in the Hexi District, Tianjin City. She was arrested and taken to the Guijiasi Police Station in the Hexi District. The police searched her home that night.

3. [Hubei Province] Ms. Zeng Shengping and Ms. Wei Xiaoping Are Tortured in the Hubei Women's Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Zeng Zhengping, 48, was arrested and imprisoned in Shanghai in early 2007. Six months later Ms. Zeng was transferred to Chibi City, Hubei Province. The Chibi City 610 Office sentenced her to three years in prison in August or September 2007. She was taken to Hubei Women's Forced Labor Camp and tortured. She had to do over 12 hours of slave labor everyday and was not allowed to talk to anyone.
Practitioners Ms. Wei Xiaoping and Ms. Wang Linyun from Suizhou City, Hubei Province, are currently imprisoned in Hubei Women's Forced Labor Camp. They will complete their terms in February and March 2008, respectively.
Currently there are about 20 practitioners imprisoned in Hubei Women's Forced Labor Camp. The guards try to force them to renounce their belief and torture them if they refuse to cooperate.
4. [Wei County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Are Being Persecuted
On December 12, 2007, Ms. Yang Fengying, Ms. Yu Aiyun, Ms. Gong Shuhe, and Ms. Liang Zhongzhi from Xiheying Town, Wei County, went to a market. Xiheying Town police officers, including Shi Zhengquan, stopped the practitioners and searched their personal belongings. The officers then took them to the town hall and locked them inside for a day. The officers illegally searched Ms. Gong and Ms. Liang's houses. Finally they were released after each of them paid 2000 yuan.
5. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Jiao Xuemei Is Forced to Leave Home to Avoid Further Persecution
Ms. Jiao Xuemei was an employee at the Tangshan City Heating Company (Tang Shan Shi Re Li Zong Gongsi). Ms. Jiao was illegally arrested in the summer of 2007. The police continued to harass her after she was released. Ms. Jiao was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution and she could no longer work.
6. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Ni Jun Is Arrested
In the evening on December 16, 2007, officers from the Shandalu Police Station in Jinan City arrested practitioner Mr. Ni Jun for distributing truth clarification materials.

7. [Penglai, Shandong Province] Mr. Ren Cuirong and Other Practitioners Are Arrested
On the afternoon of December 12, 2007, officers from the Domestic Security Brigade of the Penglai Public Safety Bureau and the Xiguanlu Police Station broke into and searched practitioner Mr. Ren Cuirong's home. The officers confiscated a computer, MP3 player, CDs, and booklets. Mr. Ren and another person were arrested.
On November 30, 2007, Ms. Sun Jianhua and Ms. Ren Xiuxiang, who had been illegally arrested by the police, were transferred from the Penglai Detention Center to the Penglai 610 Office Brainwashing Center.
8. [Laixi, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Tang Baoquan Is Arrested
Mr. Tang Baoquan is in his 40s and from Malianzhuang Town, Laixi City. At 7 a.m. on December 18, 2007, about ten officers from the Malianzhuang Town Police Station broke into Mr. Tang's house and arrested him. The officers confiscated Dafa books and CDs, as well as an MP3 player. Mr. Tang is currently imprisoned in the Laixi Detention Center and is being tortured.
9. [Shuozhou, Shanxi Province] Police Officers Arrested Ms. Ma Ruizhen and Ms. Zhu Cuiying in October 2007 While They Were Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials
10. [Jiuquan, Gansu Province] Ms. Li Fen Is Detained and Tortured
Early in 2007, Ms. Li Fen, a teacher at Guazhou County, Jiuquan, told her students about the persecution of Falun Gong. One of the students' parents reported her. Ms. Li was taken to Guazhou Detention Center and tortured.
11. [Jiuquan, Gansu Province] Mr. Hu Sigen and Six Others Are Arrested
On the evening of December 6, 2007, practitioners from Guazhou County, Jiuquan, Mr. Hu Sigen, Ms. Zhang Xiulan and her husband, Ms. Zhang Caihua, Mr. Zhao Baocai and his wife, and Mr. Wei Zhongxin were clarifying the truth. Someone reported them to the police. The police officers arrested them and searched their houses. The police confiscated their computers, printers, and scooters. The practitioners were taken to Guazhou Detention Center and denied any family visits for about two weeks.
12. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Li Zhixiu Is Currently Being Held in Dongxihu 1st Detention Center in Wuhan City
13. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhou Xian'e and Ms. Liu Guihua Are Arrested
At 8 a.m. on December 19, 2007, police officers arrested Ms. Zhou Xian'e and Ms. Liu Guihua from Jian'an District, Wuhan City, while the two were sending righteous thoughts.
14. [Ziyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Derong Is Arrested
On the morning of November 23, 2007, officers from the Jianyang City Public Safety Bureau, Jiajia Town Police Station, and the Ziyang City 610 Office went to Ms. Li Derong's house and attempted to force Ms. Li to renounce Falun Gong. Ms. Li refused to write the Guarantee Statement and was arrested. She is now being detained in the Er'ehu Brainwashing Center in Yingjie Town, Ziyang City.
15. [Mianyang, Sichuan Province] Many Practitioners Are Unlawfully Arrested
Ms. Xu Deyu, Ms. Zhou Xiaohua, Ms. Zhang Fali, Ms. Meimei, Ms. Feng Biqiong, Ms. Mou Lin, Ms. Yan Xiaoling, Ms. Liu Fang, and Ms. Zhang Yan were arrested.
16. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Du Yaorong Is Imprisoned in the Xihu 1st Women's Detention Center in Wuhan City
17. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhou Zidong Is Facing Illegal Trial; Ms. Gong Xingcan Is Being Followed
At the beginning of 2007, someone reported Ms. Zhou Zidong from Deyang City while she was distributing truth clarification materials. Ms. Zhou was arrested. After she was released, she was followed. On December 24, 2007, Ms. Zhou will face a court trial.
After practitioner Ms. Gong Xingcan from Deyang City was released from Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp, she was monitored and followed everyday. Her supervisor at work (the Deyang City Post Office) ordered people to follow her everyday.
18. [Yi'ning City, Xinjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Jinxiu Is Unlawfully Tried
On September 4, 2007, Ms. Zhao Jinxiu was arrested at home. The police searched her home and confiscated her computer.
On September 10, 2007, the police arrested Ms. Zhao's son, Mr. Wang Zheng, Ms. Yan Guobi, and several other practitioners. On November 26, 2007, Ms. Zhao, Mr. Wang, and Ms. Yan were secretly tried.

19. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Yajie from Honggang District Was Arrested on December 15, 2007
20. [Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province] The Liaoyang City First Prison (the Huazi Prison) Transfers Out 25 Falun Gong Practitioners to an Undisclosed Location
The Liaoyang City First Prison (the Huazi Prison) transferred 25 practitioners out of the prison on December 19, 2007. The whereabouts of the practitioners remain unknown.
21. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zheng Liping Is Arrested
At 7 p.m. on December 20, 2007, police officer Zhu Qiang from the Bei'an Police Station and the street residential committee arrested Ms. Zheng Liping of Mudanjiang from her home and held her in Bei'an Police Station.

22. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Sun Xudong Is Transferred to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp and Tortured
Practitioner Mr. Sun Xudong was illegally imprisoned in Dalian Detention Center for a year and half and was then transferred to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.
23. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yu Yingzhi Has Been Tortured at the Jiansanjiang "Transformation" Base for Four Months.
24. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Qianjin Forced Labor Camp Denies Ms. Lv Huiwen Family Visits
On November 16, 2007, Ms. Lv Huiwen told her family about how Qianjin Forced Labor Camp tortured practitioners and tried to force them to renounce Falun Gong. Ms. Lv's daughter wrote the director of the camp a letter on November 17 and asked the director the investigate and stop the illegal conduct in the camp. On December 16, 2007, Ms. Lv's daughter and husband went to see Ms. Lv but were turned away.
25. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wei Shaomin Is Unlawfully Held in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City
In 2007, Ms. Wei Shaomin was sentenced to two years in prison and was held in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City.
26. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhu Xiuhau Is Released; Ms. Liu Yajuan Is Forced to Go to a Police Hospital
On November 12, 2007, police officers transferred Mr. Zhao Jianguo, Ms. Zhou Shuyun, Ms. Wang Chunyan, Ms. Zhu Xiuhua, and Ms. Liu Yajuan to a detention center. Ms. Liu was severely ill and was taken to a police hospital. Ms. Zhu was sent home. Mr. Zhao and Ms. Zhou are still in the detention center.
27. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Two Practitioners Are Arrested
On the afternoon of December 19, 2007, Ms. Li Aiqin and another practitioner from A'cheng District, Harbin, clarified the truth about Falun Gong to students in front of an elementary school. They were reported and police officer from the Huining Police Station arrested them. Currently they remain in the A'cheng 2nd Detention Center.

28. [Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Pang Shixing Is Forced to Leave His Home to Avoid Further Persecution
On the morning of August 5, 2007, Pan Ren, a police officer, threatened Mr. Pang Shixing from Qitaihe City on the street and confiscated his bag with a cell phone and three magazines inside. Mr. Pang is now homeless.
29. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Wei Is Arrested
Police arrested Ms. Zhang Wei, in her 30s, on December 4, 2007, when she was outside clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa.
