(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioners should abide only by the Fa instead of listening to and internalizing anything propagated by anyone or anything in this world. Practitioners whose celestial eyes are open can see that some people are no more than empty shells, while others are possessed by spirits. One needs to understand that most people are covered with a black substance. Alas, even some practitioners are surrounded by chaotic things. There are practitioners who can't understand what happens within their own group and ask, "Why do such phenomena still exist among practitioners, despite their studying Master Li's teachings?"
I wish to share what I have experienced during my cultivation.
One day my child was watching a TV program in which a female professor gave a lecture about the book Ghost Stories. I looked at the TV and said without thinking, "A good lecture." That night I had a dream in which centipedes and scorpions were crawling over me. I was terribly frightened and tried to cover myself with my blanket. As I was squirming around I touched a snake. I felt chilly, got scared, and woke up. I believe that I touched things in another dimension. I will never forget that nightmare. At the time I didn't understand why I had such a dream. The next morning I told my child, "As practitioners, we are golden and shiny. How could we come across such things? Teacher is protecting us. How could they, and how dare they, come to us?" During lunchtime, my child turned the TV on again. There was the same program--Ghost Stories. At that moment I came to realize, "We are watching it. That means we are asking for and accepting it, so it comes."
It does not matter if it is an ordinary person or a practitioner, once the person consciously or subconsciously acknowledges such things, he or she will invite those chaotic and messy things. We have Teacher protecting and guiding us. Teacher will clean our environment when we are doing the five exercises and sending forth righteous thoughts. Alas, non-practitioners do not cultivate, so nobody will clean their environment. Moreover, they ask for and agree with such messy things on a daily basis, so it is no wonder that they are possessed by spirits. As the possessing spirits mature, they will kill that person's primordial spirit. At that time, that person will become an empty shell, because his/her primordial spirit has died and the spirit will possess the human body. Once I enlightened to this principle, I stopped watching TV and no longer read books written by non-practitioners. I discarded all books and paintings that were of non-practitioner origin. Many practitioners still don't attach importance to this. Some practitioners still read novels and magazines, and watch TV and movies. If you read such books and watch such programs, you are asking for them and pursuing them. If you listen to them, bad things will enter your ears. Some practitioners watched the military parade held by the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and enjoyed the events. In consequence, the evil CCP specters attached to them.
I'm thinking about an elderly practitioner. One week prior to October 1, 2009, I saw many toads in his dimensional field. Those toads ate all his lotus flowers. I told him what I saw and asked him what he was doing. He admitted that he was watching the CCTV news. Later he developed two palm-sized boils on his hip. He was very frightened and went to the hospital for injections. Ten days passed and he still hadn't overcome this tribulation. His son asked me to find a knowledgeable doctor. It was about nine o'clock at night. I told the elderly practitioner immediately, "Don't worry. Just send forth righteous thoughts to disintegrate the evil." The following morning his family told me happily, "He is all right. The boils disappeared." This practitioner was also very happy and said, "The boils disappeared so fast." Because of this experience, he finally got the message that watching TV and reading chaotic books could bring troubles to a cultivator. They could contaminate and persecute people and even bring on possessing spirits. He also realized that the CCP was attempting to drag in and poison sentient beings by holding a variety of events, such as the grand chorus, which sings high praise of the evil CCP. Finally he let go of the attachment to watching TV.
That reminds me of a colleague I will call "A." She had heard the truth about Falun Gong and read the book Zhuan Falun. She often said, "Look, that lady is so beautiful." That lady then became possessed by a fox. "A" didn't know that this lady was possessed. When "A" praised her, the fox went to "A." I told A, "You saw the outside of that person, which is superficial. In the past when she was not yet corrupt, you may have praised her. But now she has turned bad and is possessed by an animal spirit, which you cannot see. Just don't agree with or admire her." "A" didn't understand the seriousness of this matter. She didn't quite believe what I told her as she liked to praise people. She often said to me, "Look, that lady is so elegant, Look at her outstanding qualities." It's difficult for a practitioner who does not cultivate diligently to let go of such an attachment. Six months later "A" became an empty shell. How dangerous it is to admire someone without understanding the ramifications of doing so!
Some practitioners just don't understand how to cultivate, nor do they know how to become enlightened. In the end, they will no longer cultivate and will turn away from their cultivation. They are interested in everything, participate in all kinds of events, get in touch with all kinds of people, and bring home all kinds of books, toys, and paintings. The environment becomes so messy and there are too many things, such as snakes, foxes, and centipedes on such a person. With time, some practitioners displayed symptoms of a serious illness, some practitioners' lives were in danger, some lost their lives, and some encountered many troubles that made their cultivation practice impossible. These situations all resulted from those messy things that persecuted them. The enlightenment quality of these practitioners was not poor. They didn't look within to find their problems, but began to doubt Falun Dafa. The evil is delighted when this happens, because they finally have you at their mercy and can push you to the opposite side. They insure that you are attached to fame and fortune, bring on sentimentality, and so pull you away from your cultivation path. They collect your human essence and possess your body.
In the Dharma-ending period, people who don't know the truth have no way out. In such turbulent times, people are easily contaminated. We notice that human ethics are slipping down at an accelerated rate, and fewer sentient beings can be saved. I think when people are morally corrupt to the extent of not being able to be saved, it will be the time to eliminate people and the moment of Fa-rectification of the human world.
As I understand it, there are now many lust demons in the Three Realms. Many were pushed into the Three Realms from the outside. I'm telling you that many popular figures and performers that one sees on TV, in magazines or books, those one meets daily, and even ordinary people around you have many such things residing in their dimensional fields. Even the dirty things on those strangers you pass may contaminate you. People today pursue everything and dare to do anything. People who like songs may also invite dirty things. You like a song, but you don't know what is behind its singer. When you sing that song, you are asking for it. The dirty things in his dimensional field will come to you. People don't realize why they invite so many bad things: it is because you agree with so many things, but you don't study the Fa diligently or practice the exercises. If you do not clean yourself in time, those dirty things will continue to grow in your dimensional field. The most obvious result is that you dislike to study the Fa and dislike to do the exercises earnestly. They will die when you study the Fa, but they don't want to die, so they try to stop you from studying the Fa and doing the exercises. They make you busy with many things and cause you much trouble. As a consequence, you have less time to study the Fa and can't achieve tranquility while doing the exercises. Finally, they achieve their goal and stop you from cultivating. Many practitioners have dropped down and stopped cultivating.
We know that numerous high-level and great enlightened beings came to the human world for Dafa. Some haven't obtained the Fa, some have participated in persecuting practitioners and sinned against Dafa, some don't believe in gods, and some didn't obtain a human body in this life. We are very very fortunate to have obtained the Fa. We have waited for countless lifetimes for this Dafa. Opportunity knocks but once. We must cherish this opportunity and cultivate truly and diligently. As practitioners, we should only abide by the Fa, assimilate into the Fa, and strictly follow Teacher's teachings. Only by doing so will we walk on a righteous path and return home with Teacher.
