(Clearwisdom.net) On November 12, 2009, Domestic Security Division Chief Jiang Lijun, of Kangping County Police Department in Shenyang City, along with Police Chief Fang Xuefei of Xiaochengzi Township Police Department in Kangping County, and several police officers, broke into the homes of Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Wang Jinfeng, Mr. Wang Xuekun and Mr. Li Xueping of Sanjiazi Village, Xiaochengzi Township, Kangping County. They arrested them and ransacked their homes.

Several people verified that the Domestic Security Division of Shenyang City was monitoring via wireless surveillance. At the village where one of the practitioners was arrested, an eye-witness reported seeing a wireless surveillance vehicle come by on two consecutive days. Immediately, upon breaking in, the police asked the location of the computer.

The police officers offered no identification upon breaking into the practitioners' homes. Furthermore, family members of the arrested practitioners were given no detention notice even more than ten days after the arrests. Family members went to the Domestic Security Department asking for the release of their loved ones. Jiang Lijun would not let them visit. He even said that Ms. Wang Jinfeng was detained, elsewhere, at Shenyang City Detention Center No. 1. Upon contacting Detention Center No. 1, family members were told that no such person was detained there.

After this runaround, Ms. Wang's family secured the services of two lawyers from Beijing to defend Ms. Wang. Ms. Wang's family and the two lawyers went to the Domestic Security Department of Kangping County on November 26, whereupon they found department chief Jiang Lijun. Jiang Lijun claimed Ms. Wang was being detained on criminal charges. The lawyers asked to see her, whereupon Jiang Lijun claimed there was a rule preventing her from seeing visitors. When the lawyers asked him to cite the rule, Jiang Lijun could not answer. Then the lawyer said, "According to the Ministry of Public Security, the detainee can be visited 24 hours after the arrest. Actually, in law, the right of visitation is available to detainees upon arrest." Jiang Lijung was speechless, so he went to the Kangping Police Department and 610 Office for advice. When he returned, he asked the lawyers to come back to the Domestic Security Department in the afternoon at 1:30 p.m.. That afternoon, the lawyers went to the Domestic Security Department at 1:45 p.m., but Jiang Lijun had left with the excuse the lawyers were late and he had to go to a meeting.

The lawyers subsequently called Jiang Lijung and the police station chief, Fang Xuefei, of the Xiaochengzi Police Department to ask for the detention notice letter. Each of them pushed the issue back and forth, claiming the letter was with the other side. In the end, Jiang Lijun said, "Wang Jinfeng's case involves national security, and as such, you cannot see her." On these facts, the two lawyers are preparing a lawsuit against the Domestic Security Department of Kangping County Police Department in Shenyang City and the Xiaochengzi Police Department.

Mr. Wang Xuekun and Mr. Li Xueping are currently detained at the Kangping Detention Center.
