(Clearwisdom.net) At its opening show in Montreal on Friday night, Shen Yun Performing Arts played to a full house at the prestigious Wilfrid-Pelletier Hall in Place des Arts.

Provincial Minister of Tourism Nicole Menard was full of praise for the New York-based show that has deeply impressed audiences around the world with its unique portrayal of traditional Chinese culture.

"What an amazing show--the colors, the agility, the flexibility, the trip we took through China, the singing, the music--really amazing," she said.

"The music was amazing. I love the [erhu] and I found this instrument even more captivating and profound than the violin. I liked it very, very much."

She was also impressed by the Shen Yun orchestra with its combination of Western and Chinese instruments.

"I found the conductor superb--what a master! We felt the music." Referring to the coordination between the orchestra and the dancers, she said, "It was so harmonious, the coordination was so harmonious."

Ms. Menard also highly praised the soloists, two sopranos and a tenor. "What beautiful voices, it was fantastic."

'Everything is just perfect!'

Mr. & Ms. Legault were in high spirits after attending the Shen Yun Performing Arts' opening night at the Wilfrid-Pelletier Hall in Montreal's Place des Arts cultural complex.

Mr. Legault felt the message in Shen Yun was powerful and resonated with him

"I would recommend the show to anyone--everybody. Very very nice," said Mr. Legault. "Everything is just perfect."

Both formerly involved in real estate, the Legaults expressed their appreciation for Shen Yun.

"We really appreciate it. It's something so different for us and it's really very wonderful," said Ms. Legault.

Mr. Legault expressed his admiration for the "beautiful" dances in Shen Yun, while Ms. Legault described them as "soft" and "vivid."

"Very nice colours, the dresses are beautiful, the songs--everything is very nice," Mr. Legault added.

Mr. Legault felt the message in Shen Yun was powerful and deeply resonated with him.

"I think that the message in it is that... you have to be smooth and live your life while you're here; you'll bring nothing else when you leave here."
