(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Zhao Xiaozhen died on December 2, 2009, after suffering ten years of constant harassment.

On April 29, 2001, Ms. Zhao's brother, Mr. Zhao Fengnian, 48, went to Beijing to appeal for the right to practice Falun Dafa. He was brutally beaten and then disappeared from his workplace on May 5, 2001. The family was informed of his death after he was buried (see http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2001/5/25/10349.html). Ms. Zhao missed her brother terribly.

Before the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Liu Chengjun and other police officers from Xin'an Town and members of the Xiciting Village Security Committee threatened practitioners to not leave their homes and seized their Falun Dafa books and their identification cards. Ms. Zhao's recorder was taken, too. Ms. Zhao was old and weak. She fell sick and was admitted to the hospital after she was threatened. On August 7, just one day before the Olympics, Liu Chengjun ordered people to watch Ms. Zhao while she was in the hospital, and ordered them to report to her if Ms. Zhao was released. Ms. Zhao died in the hospital on December 2, 2009.
