(Clearwisdom.net) When I read a fellow practitioner's article, "The Expecting Glance" from Minghui Weekly, I felt that I could deeply relate to it, and would like to share my experience of clarifying the truth. Throughout my years of talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong, I have really felt that sentient beings are waiting for us to save them.
I once clarified the truth to an elderly man, who was a street vendor at a fair, and handed him a leaflet. I told him it explained the truth about Falun Gong and that I hoped he would read it. The elderly man happily accepted it. As we spoke, I asked him if he had joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and whether he had heard that people were withdrawing from the Party in order to be saved and have a peaceful future. He nodded to acknowledge that he had joined the CCP, but was not aware of people quitting the party. I said: "Sir, you see the Communist Party's corruption. They are persecuting good people and deceiving the Chinese people. They have never done anything good. Since the Communists took power in China, it has launched many political movements and has been responsible for the deaths of over eighty million Chinese people. Falun Gong teaches people to be good, but the CCP does not allow people to learn it. The CCP has done many evil things, and heaven is about to eliminate it. You will be implicated if you have joined it. After you quit the CCP, you will be saved. Please, quit now." The old man hurriedly replied: "Good, I'll quit. I have been looking forward to seeing you." When we finished talking, he clasped his hands together, and as tears fell from his eyes, he kept saying, "Thank you, thank you." His expression seemed to tell me that he had been waiting for a long time for someone to come and save him. I could not hold back my tears, as I turned around to leave.
When I went to clarify the truth to farmer's family from my village, I tried to kindly persuade them to quit the CCP. As we chatted, the farmer told me that he had joined the Young Pioneers when he was younger, at school. I said: "You can see that in Chinese society, from high ranking officials to petty bureaucrats, most are corrupt, while we farmers are struggling to make ends meet. The evil party has done so many bad things, and heaven will annihilate it. When the CCP is destroyed, those have joined it will be buried along with it. I can help you withdraw from the Young Pioneers, and can select an alias for you to use if you like. Any name will do, and you will be saved." The man was very anxious and asked if what I said was true. To which I replied, "Absolutely true! As practitioners, we follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and we never lie. He replied: "Well, I will quit." He then suggested that I find the village cadre and broadcast it with speakers for all the villagers to hear, so they can quit the CCP and be saved. I was touched by his sincerity and kindness. I told him: "Today's environment won't allow me to do so. They are still secretly persecuting Falun Gong and are even harvesting practitioners' organs for profit." He then asked me to wait, as he called the rest of his family to come, urging them to each tell me what CCP organizations they had joined. I took note of all their names and helped them to quit.
When we ran out of gas at home, the gas man came to fill up the cylinders. The man told me that he sells gas when the farming season is poor, to earn extra money. I said: "It is hard for us to earn money, but those corrupt officials of the evil party are wealthy, and they deposit their money abroad. They know full well what they are doing, as they are trying to leave a way out for themselves, to escape overseas when the evil party falls. There is a large slab of stone in a National Park in Guizhou Province, with the inscription 'The Chinese Communist Party Collapses,' which shows that the evil party's days are numbered." The gas man agreed: "The Communist Party is coming to an end. It is too corrupt." He told me that he had joined the CCP and wanted to quit, but didn't know how. When I offered to help, he told me that he wanted to use his real name to quit as it would show his sincerity. Before leaving, I told him: "When you go out to fill gas, remember to recite sincerely in your heart 'Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good', then you will be safe." He agreed: "You Falun Gong practitioners are good people. Do pay attention to your safety." He then drove off with a joyful expression on his face.
When a couple came to buy some scrap materials, I was able to speak to the wife about Falun Gong, while her husband was busy in the yard packing scrap. The wife, who looked very outgoing, said that I looked very familiar. I replied: "Elder sister, we have the predestined relationship. You are very kind. I'd like to suggest that you recite in your heart: 'Falun Dafa is good,' and 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance' is good, and you will be safe." She nodded and said: "I believe you. I have read Falun Gong material before. Falun Gong is good."
During our conversation she told me she had joined the Party when she was in school, but as she hadn't paid the fees for a long time, she thought it wasn't necessary to quit. I said: "The Communist Party may not consider you a member any longer, but you have enrolled and sworn that you would dedicate your life to it. Therefore, you're a part of it and it will always control you. If you quit the party, it can no longer control you and you will be saved." She quickly said she would quit, and asked if I could help her two sons to quit as well. Then she hurried outside to get her husband to come and quit. After I explained the facts to him, he willingly agreed to quit.
People are really longing to being saved. Fellow practitioners, in this final moment of Fa-rectification, let us all be of one heart to save sentient beings and fulfill our vows.
