(Clearwisdom.net) I began practicing Falun Gong in 2003. Prior to that, I was plagued by lots of illnesses, such as bronchitis, rheumatism, heart disease and meningitis. Just when I was about to reach a breaking point, luckily, I found Falun Gong.
By the time I had finished reading Zhuan Falun the second time, Master had cleansed my body and my illnesses started to disappear. I felt like a large weight had been removed from my body. I personally experienced Master's compassion, and the supernormal powers of the Fa.
I would like to share my experiences over the past six years of cultivation.
Studying the Fa together and feeling the power of one-body
When I first obtained the Fa I did not do the exercises, and only studied the Fa, sent forth righteous thoughts and distributed truth clarification materials. I thought I was cultivating diligently, but as I did not do the exercises, I was not doing the three things well. I also held myself in high regard and thought that I was someone special, which was also not a characteristic that is in line with the Fa's principles. As a result, my attachments led to me being arrested twice. If it wasn't for Master's compassionate arrangements that had fellow practitioners help me, I would have been in great danger.
Many practitioners knew of my situation and came to exchange their insights with me, while others kept sending forth righteous thoughts for me everyday. Some practitioners even posted my case on the Clearwisdom website. Later, I gradually became clearheaded and began to do the exercises. After two years, I became a true practitioner.
During this process, I really experienced the power of being part of a one-body environment and saw my fellow practitioners' selflessness in helping me.

On my way to group Fa study one day, at the beginning of autumn 2007, I saw three posters on the billboard that were against Falun Gong. When I mentioned this at Fa study, we all sent forth righteous thoughts. As I was the one to see the posters, then I should be the one to rectify the problem. That night at 8 p.m., I went back to see if there was a way to get rid of the posters. I couldn't just break the window to pull them off, so I returned home to continue thinking about what to do and kept sending forth righteous thoughts.
The next day, around noon, when people were usually taking an afternoon nap, I was able to cover the posters with a truth clarification poster. The message that I posted was "Freedom to believe! Stop the persecution!" It was really eye catching, and people could see it from quite a distance away.
My poster remained there for two to three months, even though people were paid to remove truth clarification materials from the streets. I passed by the poster everyday and sent righteous thoughts to strengthen its power and not to let others remove it.
In early Spring 2008, a billboard was brought down in a heavy snowstorm. The billboard contained material that was defamatory to Falun Gong. However, another billboard that was positioned right next to it, one that did not contain defamatory material, remained intact.
Working hard to save sentient beings and not to leave any room for regrets
Shortly after I obtained the Fa, I began to send forth righteous thoughts, and I also went out to speak with people about the persecution of Falun Gong, to help Master rectify the Fa and save sentient beings. I often delivered truth clarification materials in areas with tight security, where every block of flats had a security door. I would go to whichever block had their door opened, as if they were waiting for me. Sometimes, after I sent righteous thoughts at midnight, and my family members were all asleep, I would put all the truth clarification materials into my bag and head out at about 1 a.m. I put materials everywhere: on the stairs, in the baskets of bikes and on car wind screens. I also pasted large posters to rescue practitioners in the park. When I returned home, it was about 2 a.m. and my family were still sound asleep. Nobody knew that I had gone out. Where there were larger communities, I would go with some other practitioners, and sometimes we went to the villages outside of the city. We put materials on the windowsill in the courtyards, and if someone came out, we would tell them that practitioners were good people and that the self-immolation incident was staged by the CCP. We would also say to them, "If you remember 'Falun Dafa is good,' you will be saved." Most people accepted what we told them.
I began clarifying the truth and helping people quit the CCP after reading Master's lecture "Turning the Wheel Towards the Human World."
I first asked my husband to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. He knew that the CCP was persecuting Falun Gong and that practitioners were good people, but he didn't believe in the Fa rectification. Everyday I told him that the day will eventually come, and that Gods know everything that humankind does. He didn't want me to worry, so he agreed, "OK. I will quit." After that, I took Master's lecture "Turning the Wheel Towards the Human World" with me to the people in my mom's village to try to help them understand the truth about Falun Gong. Her home was thousands of miles away, in a small town in northern China.
My dad passed away many years ago and my mom lives with one of my brothers, so I stayed with them. Many of my relatives live in my hometown, and when all my brothers and sisters heard that I had returned home, they all came to visit me. I read them Master's lecture "Turning the Wheel Towards the Human World" and encouraged them to quit the CCP. All but my second brother and my brother-in-law quit.
My second brother is a policeman and had been heavily influenced by the lies and propaganda of the CCP, and so he didn't want to listen to me, nor did he look at the materials that I brought with me. I told him that it was a great predestined relationship for us to become brother and sister in this lifetime. No matter his attitude, I should not give up and must try to help him. I stayed there for about a week and when I returned home, I wrote him several letters and mailed him a lot of information about the persecution. When I next visited him, it was just about the time to send righteous thoughts, so I went to the bedroom and sat in the full lotus position with my palm upright. I concentrated on eliminating the old forces that were trying to prevent him from being saved. Fifteen minutes later, when I stepped out of the bedroom, my second brother smiled and said, "Use my name. I will quit!" I was so happy for him.
During the heavy snow at the beginning of spring 2008, I called my brother-in-law to tell him that the adverse weather was a warning from heaven. Anyone that doesn't know the truth about Falun Gong will probably not have many chances left. He then used a pseudonym to quit the CCP. When I asked my sister-in-law to help her family members to quit, she also helped her husband's family and relatives to quit. Then I began to help all my relatives to quit too.
I went to visit all my teachers from college, high school, middle school and elementary school. I gave all of them truth clarification materials and helped them and their families to quit the CCP. Then I saw my colleagues, classmates, friends and neighbors. I also went to my husband's friends, colleagues and their families. I visited my child's teachers, classmates and their parents. I contacted everyone I knew. I either wrote them letters or called them. If someone didn't know the truth about Falun Gong, I would send them truth clarification materials. I also spoke with acquaintances I'd met on the street. Most of the people I know and those who have a predestine relationship with me have quit the CCP.
If we put our hearts in to it and be responsible to sentient beings, then we will find it much easier to help people understand the truth. I began talking to strangers about Falun Gong, and would often go to malls and clothing stores. As I tried on the clothes, I spoke with the attendants about the persecution. I visited the stores one by one. The next day, I would go to another mall and different stores. I go everywhere to help people learn the truth. Up to now, either directly or indirectly, I have helped more than ten thousand people quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations,.
