According to this report, eight Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 20 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Gongan County, Hubei Province] Ms. Xu Lu Arrested by Gongan County Domestic Security Division
Ms. Xu Lu, 18, is a student in the graduating class at Gongan County Health School. On the afternoon on October 25, 2011, she was tricked into going to the school by her teacher and was then arrested by officials from the Gongan County Domestic Security Division and 610 Office. The following day she was sent to the Wuhan Brainwashing Center.

2. [Honghu City, Hubei Province] Mr. Weng Zuguo Arrested Again
Mr. Weng Zuguo from Xindi Town, Honghu City, was arrested by police from the local 610 Office and Domestic Security Division in the early morning of September 24, 2011. The police also took his house key and ransacked his home. They beat Mr. Weng and fractured a bone, then took him home in the afternoon. But the police still kept up surveillence on his home and repeatedly harassed him.

Ms. Hu Meizhen was arrested by plainclothes officers from Binxing Police Station when she was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong to people near Xuezhou Primary School in the Xunyang District on the morning of November 1, 2011. In addition, Mr. Wu Tengpeng was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by Lushan District Court.

4. [Taonan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Anping Arrested
Mr. Wang Anping was arrested on his way home on the evening of September 12, 2011. He is now in the Taonan City Detention Center.
5. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Luo Yangsheng Arrested
Mr. Luo Yangsheng and several other practitioners were arrested when they informed people about the persecution of Falun Gong on Dukou Bridge on the morning of October 30, 2011. Their whereabouts are currently unknown.
6. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Including Ms. Nie Yunqin Arrested
Ms. Nie Yunqin, 54, was arrested at her rental apartment by officers from Dadukou Police Station on the evening of October 13, 2011.
Mr. Luo Yuansheng, 58, and 68-year-old Ms. He were arrested by Dadukou Police Station officials when they clarified the truth about Falun Gong at Dadukou Service Market on the morning of October 30, 2011. They are now in the Wanyaoshu Detention Center.

8. [Shanghai] Mr. Zhang Xiaoming Arrested
Ms. Zhang Xiaoming was arrested by officers from Yangjing Police Station when she was distributing Falun Gong materials on the evening of October 28, 2011. The police also ransacked her home and took her Falun Gong books, her discs, and other personal belongings. She is currently detained in Pudongxin District No. 1 Detention Center.

Ms. Zhang Yongfang was arrested by officials from the Domestic Security Division around October 26, 2011, and taken to the Yongcheng City Detention Center.

10. [Yanshan County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Xu Yanhui Arrested
Ms. Xu Yanhui was arrested by Taiyuan City police and taken to the Yanshan Police Department. She was later transferred to and tortured in the Yanshan County Forced Labor Camp.

11. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Ruirong Arrested
Ms. Zhang Ruirong was arrested at a fruit shop by officials from the Nancheng Police Station on October 26, 2011. She was subsequently sent to the Langfang Brainwashing Center. She was not released until the police extorted more than 10,000 yuan from her family three days later.

12. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Yaqing and Ms. Kan Yufang Arrested
Ms. Zhang Yaqing and Ms. Kan Yufang were arrested by dozens of police officers when they set off firecrackers on the evening of September 3, 2011. They were taken to the Langfang Brainwashing Center. Ms. Zhang was later transferred to the forced labor camp. At the forced labor camp, officials refused to accept her, and she was released.

Ms. Liu Dongmei from Miyun County was arrested bythe Miyun County 610 Office and Domestic Security Division in July 2011. Her whereabouts is currently unknown.
14. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ran Zizhen Arrested
Eight officials from the Liqizhuang Town Government and Liqizhuang Town Police Station, led by Yaocaozhuang Village secretary Li Quanshan and village head Li Kuan, broke into Ms. Ran Zizhen’s home and arrested her. She is currently detained and being tortured in the Langfang Brainwashing Center.

Mr. Kuang Changyun from the Nanyue District was arrested by officers from the Nanyue District Police Station on the morning of October 25, 2011. He is currently in the Nanyue District Detention Center.

Practitioners detained in the Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Center were transferred to the Qianjin Forced Labor Camp (formerly known as Wanjia Forced Labor Camp) in Harbin City on October 12, 2011. The practitioners included Ms. Chen Min from Mishan, Ms. Zhang Linwen from Yichun, Ms. Wang Shufan from Fujin, Ms. Ma Shufen from Mudanjiang, and Ms. Liu Guishuang from Harbin.
