On October 23, 2011, eight practitioners including Mr. Liu Qingguo, Ms. Song Jinfeng, Ms. Liang Huimin, Mr. Li Liguo, Ms. Xu Xiaohua, Mr. Zhao Jiurong, Ms. Cao Zeping and Ms. Liu Jun, were arrested in Tonghe County. Their family members went to the Tonghe County Domestic Security Division to ask for a visit but their request was rejected by chief Liu Peimin and deputy chief Shao Fenghai. When the family members returned to the Domestic Security Division on October 31, the officers followed them afterwards. One male family member was beaten and arrested.

3. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Lina Sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Zhao Lina was arrested at home on October 27, 2011. She started a hunger strike to protest the arrest and was released afterwards. Soon after that, she was arrested again by officers from the Yaojia Police Station in Nanguanling. She was recently sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to serve a one-year term.
4. [Yi County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jiang Yanling Taken Back to Liaoning Province Women's Prison by Deception
Ms. Jiang Yanling, from Chengguan Town, Yi County, was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Yi County Police Department. In 2010, she was sentenced to 13 years in prison by the Yi County Court. She was held in the Jinzhou City Detention Center for nearly ten months and became seriously ill. Around September 11, 2010, she was taken to the Liaoning Province Women's Prison. She later became critically ill and was sent to the prison hospital. The prison authorities didn't want to be held responsible, so they told Ms. Jiang's family to take her home on April 30, 2011. Ms. Jiang recovered a bit after returning home. However, on November 3, the prison authorities took her back to the prison by deception, saying that they needed to give her a physical exam.

On the morning of November 2, 2011, Ms. Ni Xiuying was reported by village security guard Liu Zhongxi for distributing Falun Gong informational pamphlets in Dongliujia Village, Wuji Town. She was arrested by officers from the Wuji Police Station. At 1:00 p.m. that afternoon, the Rushan Domestic Security Team ransacked Ms. Ni's home and confiscated Dafa books, an MP3 player, and other personal belongings. Ms. Ni was later taken to a hospital and given a physical exam. She was released around 4:00 p.m. that day.

11. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Qin Shaohua and Ms. Xu Li Sent to Forced Labor Camp after Appealing for Ms. Qin's Imprisoned Parents
On April 27, 2011, Ms. Qin Shaohua's parents, Mr. Qin Songfa and Ms. Xu Xiuzhen, were arrested for speaking with people about Falun Gong. They were sentenced to three and a half years in prison after being held in the Gaomi Detention Center for four months. They are being held at the Jinan Prison.
On August 24, 2011, Ms. Qin Shaohua and her cousin, Ms. Xu Li, went to the Appeals Bureau to appeal for her parents. However, they were arrested by the 610 Office. Officers ransacked the home of Ms. Xu's family and arrested her mother Ms. Wang Aixiang. Ms. Wang was released on September 22, while Ms. Qin and Ms. Xu were sentenced to one year of forced labor. They were taken to the Shandong No. 1 Women's Forced Labor Camp on October 14, 2011.
12. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Yang Suxian Still Being Detained
On September 28, 2011, Ms. Yang Suxian, 66, was arrested by a plainclothes officer for speaking with people about Falun Gong. She was taken to the Qianfeng Police Station in the Wanbolin District. The officers ransacked her home and took her to the Wanbolin District Criminal Police Brigade that night. She was taken to the Taiyuan Detention Center the next day and has been detained there ever since.
Ms. Yang had been previously incarcerated in the Shanxi Women's Prison for six and a half years.
13. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhao Xinhua Arrested by the Nangong County Police Department
14. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Ms. Niu Shuying's Home Ransacked
On the evening of November 2, 2011, a group of officers from the Zunhua City Domestic Security Team, led by chief Wang Kunyuan, broke into Ms. Niu Shuying's home and ransacked it. They confiscated a computer, printer and other personal belongings. They seized Ms. Li and her brother who were there at the time. They later ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, cellphone, and other personal belongings.

15. [Wendeng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yang Zongquan Detained
Mr. Yang Zongquan was sentenced to three years in prison by the Jiaozhou City Court. The prison authorities refused to admit him because he did not pass the physical. He is still being held at the Jiaozhou City Detention Center.

On the morning of November 3, 2011, Ms. Lu Hongxia and Ms. Zhang Minyu were seized and taken to the Shahe Town Police Station for speaking with people about Falun Gong in Shahe Town. They were taken to the Laizhou Detention Center that afternoon. Liu Jingbing, chief of the Domestic Security Division, called their families to find out where they lived. The families refused to tell them.

The Quanshan District Court, Procuratorate, and police station often went to Ms. Jin Lu's home or called her and her family to harass them, as Ms. Jin was released on bail pending trial. The court and the Procuratorate told her to be present any time she was summoned and threatened that they were going to put her in prison.

On November 1, 2011, officers from the Yishui County Domestic Security Team and Shagou Town Police Station broke into Ms. Li Xiaomei's home and arrested her. The officers also picked up her 80-year-old father. He was later released.

19. [Yishui County, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Aifeng's Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Zhang Aifeng from Huangshan Town was arrested around October 25, 2011. Her family later learned about her arrest after inquiring about her through friends. They still don't know where Ms. Zhang is being detained.
20. [Guang'an City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Peng Zhangnan and Ms. Huang Zhihua Taken to a Brainwashing Center
On the afternoon of October 27, 2011, a group of officers led by Huang Zhimin from the Yuechi County 610 Office took Mr. Peng Zhangnan, 72, who is retired from the Yuechi Power Company, to the Wushengfeilong Brainwashing Center by deception. That afternoon, they also took Ms. Huang Zhihua, a Yuechi Power Company employee, to the Wushengfeilong Brainwashing Center.

Around November 7, 2011, officers from the 610 Office in the Lingling District and the Domestic Security Team took Ms. Huang Jinfeng to a brainwashing center. The practitioners from the Lingling District who are being held at the brainwashing center include Ms. Wang Yuerong, Ms. Cheng Qiuluan, and Ms. Huang Jinfeng.
Since mid-September, the 610 Office in Yongzhou City has arrested more than ten practitioners from the counties and districts in the Yongzhou area and incarcerated them in the brainwashing center.

On the morning of November 1, 2011, agents from the 610 Office in Qichun County and the Domestic Security Team broke into the principal's office of the Experimental Middle School and arrested the assistant principal, Mr. Zhou Qiwen. Mr. Zhou was taken to the Wuhan Brainwashing Center. Officer Sun Xiaohua from the Domestic Security Team went to Mr. Zhou's home and confiscated his computer.

On the afternoon of October 30, 2011, Ms. Zhou Yingjian and Ms. Ye Moxian were arrested by officers from the Fengning Police Station in the Wuhua District for speaking with people about Falun Gong. Ms. Zhou and Ms. Ye are being held in the Wuhua District Detention Center. The police ransacked their homes and threatened their family members.
Ms. Zhou, 59, is retired from the Kunming Transportation Machinery Plant. She has been arrested five times, detained four times, and sent to a forced labor camp once. Her father's health has deteriorated since Ms. Zhou's arrest.
