Ms. Zeng Huanqin was followed and seized in the residential area of the Army Airline around 3:00 p.m. on February 23, 2011.

Ms. Xiao Hua, who lives in Linghou Village, Daohe Town, Dongning County, was arrested on February 24, 2011. She is being detained in Dongning.

Ms. Wang Huangxiang, 70, from Chifeng was visiting her sick mother in her hometown in Anhui. She was arrested by officers from the Wang Village Police Station in She County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, on February 24, 2011. She is being held at the She County Detention Center.

6. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Yunliu Detained at Hewan Forced Labor Camp

Mr. Zhang Yunliu from Caidian County in the Huangpi District, Wuhan City, was arrested for posting information about Falun Gong in Beijing. He was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and is being held in the second district of the Hewan Forced Labor Camp.

7. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Fanglin Arrested

Yang Hong and Ran Qiong from Mingjiang Community, the Longquanyi District, Chengdu, broke into Ms. Li Fanglin's home on the afternoon of February 25, 2011. They deceived Ms. Li and her husband, pushed her husband to the ground, and arrested Ms. Li.

8. [Heyuan City, Guangdong Province] Several Practitioners Subjected to Brainwashing in Forced Labor Camp

Ms. Song Dongmei, Ms. Huang Xiulian, and Ms. Liu Sufen were reported while speaking with people about Falun Gong in Bopu Town, Zijin County, Heyuan City, on August 26, 2010. They were arrested and their homes were ransacked. The police also confiscated lots of pamphlets and several computers. Ms. Song, Ms. Huang, and Ms. Liu are being held in a forced labor camp and brainwashed.

9. [Tianjin] Two Practitioners' Homes Ransacked in the Wuqing District

Officers from the Wuqing District National Security Team, led by officers from the Hebeitun Police Station, broke into the homes of Mr. Wang Shuwen and Mr. Wang Zhijun in Jiuchiyuan Village, Hebeitun Town, on February 23, 2011. The police confiscated Dafa books and other personal belongings.

10. [Jiaonan City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhang Yingchun and Mr. Xing Huaiping were arrested by officers from the Tieshan Road Police Station on February 22, 2011. Ms. Ye Ping was arrested by officers from the same police station on the morning of February 25.

11. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Guixiang Detained

Ms. Wang Guixiang, who lives in Dazhuang Village, Yanghe Town, Jiaozhou City, was arrested as she explained the facts of Falun Gong to people in a market on February 18, 2011. She is being held in the Jiaozhou Detention Center.

12. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Detained

Ms. Huang Fenhua, Ms. Liu Meiyu, and Mr. Wu Binghua from Yujiadian Village, Daxindian Town, Penglai, were reported and arrested as they spoke with people about Falun Gong in Liujia Village on February 19, 2011. The police ransacked the practitioners' homes that night. They are being held in the Beigou Detention Center.

Ms. Miao Peihua was sent to a brainwashing center after her term (one year and nine months) had finished. She is still being held in the brainwashing center.

14. [Shanghai] Ms. Xu Peizhen Died As a Result of Persecution

Ms. Xu Peizhen, in her 50s, lived in Shangnan Sixth Village in the Pudong New District. She was arrested in May 2009 and detained in a forced labor camp for one year and three months. She suffered physical and mental mistreatment in the forced labor camp. She was released in August 2010, but her health didn't improve. She passed away on January 12, 2011.

16. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Yuhua's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Li Yuhua went to visit her daughter in Hunan Province and was caught with a Falun Gong book on her return to Jilin. She was taken to the local police station in Jilin City after being detained for about five days. Ms. Li's whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Zhuang Yanli was taken away from her mother's home by officers from Linhe District National Security Team around 9:00 p.m. on February 24, 2011. She is being held in the Linhe District Detention Center.

Mr. Cai Yingqiu, 53, was arrested by officers from the Xishui 610 Office on the evening of August 4, 2008. He has been imprisoned in the second ward, fourth district, Fanjiatai Prison in Shayang County. He now has serious health problems. He has a high blood pressure of 230-135. He was also diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction in the prison hospital. However, the prison has refused to release him.
