Ms. Zheng was released nine days later while Mr. Ou has still not been released. On May 13, the same personnel also harassed other practitioners, including Ms. Chen Xiaoling, Ms. Wang Chunlan and Mr. Tang Fuzhi.

On the morning of May 13, 2011, Luo Shuangcai, the Political Legislative Affairs Secretary from Shunling Town, led the county 610 Office directors Yue Yongzhen, Tang Dexin and Zhou Yaoming, along with Nation Security Division agents Huang Xiongying, Xu Keguang, Jiang Chaoyou, Ou Liya, Wei Youbao, Wang Jiang, Ouyang Guosheng and others, to ransack Mr. Ou Yicheng's home. They took most of his personal belongings away and have held him in the county detention center since. He had been sentenced to forced labor once before and to prison once as well. His wife, Tan Cuiying, has lost her only caretaker. Tan Cuiying is also a Falun Gong practitioner. She was previously sentenced to prison and held in the Changsha Women's Prison, where she was injected with an unknown drug. She has not been able to take care of herself since.

At around 2 p.m. that afternoon, Zhou Yaoming and Jiang Chaoyou, along with six other people, harassed disabled Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Chen Xiaoling, as well as Ms. Wang Chunlan and Mr. Tang Fuzhi. Ms. Chen had been sentenced to forced labor once before.

Luo Shuangcai went to the Ningyuan County No.1 Farmers' Market at around 9 a.m. on May 14, 2011, and attempted to arrest Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zheng Yunfeng. He did not dare to carry out his plan in public, so he deceived her into going home. Once they arrived at her home, he called the 610 Office director, Yue Yongzhen, and led eight people, including Tang Dexin, Huang Xiongying and Xu Keguang, to ransack her home. They took her personal property and then took her to the National Security Division, where she was interrogated. She was then transferred to the detention center that afternoon. Ms. Zheng was previously sentenced to prison for four years and released just 6 months ago.

On May 18, 2011, the National Security Division came to the detention center threatening Ms. Zheng Yunfeng, telling her to write the three statements. On May 21, she was released after being detained for nine days.
