(Minghui.org) In 2003, Jiang Zemin stepped down as Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader. I was elated. I thought that the CCP would finally stop persecuting Falun Gong.
In 2005, Jiang retired from the Central Military Commission. But still the CCP did not stop persecuting Falun Gong.
In 2011, Jiang was within inches of death. But again, the CCP did not stop persecuting Falun Gong.
In 2012, Jiang's ally in Chongqing was taken down in a massive political scandal. But the CCP still did not stop persecuting Falun Gong.
Now, in 2014, the CCP's new leader has taken down one of the worst perpetrators of evil against Falun Gong. So will the CCP stop the persecution this time?
In Fa Teaching at the 2013 Greater New York Fa Conference, Master says,
"As long as it hasn't ended, the evil will be evil just the same. It's just like how poison is bound to be poisonous, and even if you asked it not to be poisonous it couldn't do that."
Let our hearts not rise and fall on the sea of political change.
The Fa is vaster than a trillion layers of universes, while the CCP is confined only to a small piece of this tiny Earth. Let us not put hope in certain CCP leaders to do something for Falun Gong. How could they possibly do that?
The future is in Master's hands. Let us continue to save sentient beings, with our hearts unmoved.
