(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 34 cities or counties in 15 provinces. According to this report, 21 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 51 practitioners were illegally arrested.

Officers from the Chengguan District 610 Office took advantage of Mr. Li Yingui's not being at home and ransacked the place on September 21, 2015. They confiscated two copies of Zhuan Falun, an MP3 player, an MP5 player, and Falun Gong materials.
2. [Huairen County, Shanxi Province] Three Practitioners Harassed
Mr. Wang Lijun was harassed on August 19, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin by Domestic Security Division officers, town government personnel, and residential committee members. A couple of days later, the residential committee members harassed Ms. Yin Xueqin at home. A few days later, the Domestic Security Division officers showed up at Ms. Hong Mei's home to harass her.
3. [She County, Hebei Province] Mr. He Jianjun Arrested
Mr. He Jianjun, a teacher with the She County No. 2 Middle School, was arrested when he was overseeing a self-study class on the evening of October 19 2015. The officers claimed that they were from the Chengguan Police Station and took him there on the grounds that Mr. He filed a lawsuit against former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin.
4. [Sanmen County, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Wang Jianxin Arrested
Mr. Wang Jianxin from the Minhang District, Shanghai, was arrested at home by a dozen or so police officers from Sanmen County, Zhejiang Province, on the evening of October 19, 2015. His whereabouts are unknown.

5. [Jingyuan County, Gansu Province] Teacher Luo Detained
Teacher Luo, with the Jingyuan No. 1 Middle School, was lured to the school and arrested on the morning of October 13, 2015, and taken to the Jingyuan Detention Center for mailing a lawsuit to the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate some time ago. The officers also ransacked Mr. Luo's home.

6. [Chongqing] Elderly Mr. Tan Zhongwei Arrested; Other Practitioners Harassed
Mr. Tan Zhongwei, 80, from Zhenwu Town, Jiangjin District, was arrested at home by a dozen or so police officers on October 12, 2015. His whereabouts are unknown.
Ms. Peng Chengfang and Ms. Su Canqiong from Luohuang Town in the Jiangjin District were harassed by agents from the 610 Office and residential committee personnel. Their homes were ransacked. They were forced to give their fingerprints, have their photos taken, and provide signatures.
Practitioner Liu Rongming refused to sign.
7. [Tieling County, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Three or four officers from the Tieling County Domestic Security Division; Wang Bin, director of the Pingdingbao Town Police Station; and others arrested Ms. Liu Yuqin from Pingdingbao Village, Pingdingbao Town and Mr. Fang Chengyu from Shantoubao Village, Pingdingbao Town, on October 14, 2015. The officers ransacked their homes and confiscated Falun Dafa books and copies of Minghui Weekly. Ms. Liu is now in the Tieling City Detention Center. Ms. Fang is in the Tieling County Detention Center.
An elderly practitioner in Hengdaohe Town was arrested on October 15, 2015, and held in the Tieling County Detention Center.

Mr. Yu Bin was sentenced to five years in prison.
9. [Liangshan County, Shandong Province] Mr. Gao Qishan Not Arrested
The police went to Mr. Gao Qishan's home in Yangying Town to arrest him on the morning of October 19, 2015. Mr. Gao was having symptoms of heart problems at the time. The officers ended up not arresting him. They confiscated several Falun Dafa books.

10. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Officers from the Jiandi Town Police Station arrested Mr. Chen Zhongjun on October 15, 2015. Mr. Chen is detained for 10 days.
Officers from the Luoshui Town Police Station arrested Ms. Xiao Kaiqun on October 15, 2015. She is detained for 15 days.
An officer from the Mazu Town Police Station called Ms. Liu Fangyu on the phone on October 16, 2015, luring her to the police station. She was arrested and detained for five days.

Ms. Jiang Qingmei was arrested on October 14, 2015.

Officers from the Fujia Town Police Station brought with them lawsuits filed by Ms. Wang Guixiang, Ms. Liu Shuying, and Mr. Liu Chen and arrested the three practitioners. The lawsuits were forwarded to the local police from the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate,. The practitioners were taken to the police station.

Ms. Liu Yurong was arrested by officers from the Heping Police Station on the evening of October 19, 2015.

Officers from the Haiyang City Police Department arrested Mr. Zou Qingxi, who is retired from the Yantai Light Industry School, at home in the early morning hours of October 20, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

Mr. Li Zhenrong was arrested on October 16, 2015.

Ms. Ding Xiaohua, about 50, from the Zhongshan District was arrested at home by officers from the Zhongshan Police Department and the Guilin Police Station on the morning of October 20, 2015.

20. [Mengzhou City, Henan Province] Two Practitioners Arrested
Officers from the Chengbo Town Police Station and officials of the Cen Village Communist Party Committee arrested Ms. Cai Suqing on October 15, 2015.
Officers from the Nanzhuang Town Police Station arrested a female practitioner named Fen on the same day. She is in the Jiaozuo Detention Center. No visits are allowed.

21. [Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Zhu Huaiyong Detained
Mr. Zhu Huaiyong was arrested at work by Emergency Response officers on October 17, 2015. He was then officially placed under arrest and taken to a detention center.
22. [Beijing] Mr. Ju Haitao and His Uncle Arrested
Mr. Ju Haitao from the Dongcheng District, was arrested at home by several police officers on the morning of October 13, 2015. Mr. Ju's practitioner uncle was also arrested. Their whereabouts are unknown.
23. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Xu Chenzeng and Wife Ms. Sun Shuyan Arrested
Mr. Xu Chenzeng and his wife Ms. Sun Shuyan from the Yinzhou District were arrested and taken to the Tiexi Police Department on the morning of October 20, 2015.
24. [Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Xu Guiqin and Other Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Xu Guiqin and other practitioners were arrested around October 18, 2015.
25. [Ling County, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Officers from the Lingcheng District Police Department and the Guandaosun Township Police Station broke into Mr. Jin Tingkui's home recently. They arrested Mr. Jin, an accountant in Nanjin Village, Huiwang Town, and his wife for suing Jiang Zemin. Another practitioner in the same village was also arrested. Their whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Ji Lisheng was arrested at home on October 17, 2015.

27. [Li County, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Zengqiang Extorted
Mr. Chen Zengqiang and his wife took their grandson to Beijing to see a doctor on August 31, 2015. They were stopped at a tollgate on Zhuozhou Highway. The duty officer reported to the Li County 610 Office. Tian Lihui, a deputy head of the 610 Office, and other officers brought the family of three back to Li County. The officers also extorted 1,000 yuan cash from Mr. Chen.

28. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Jiang Suzhen Arrested
Ms. Jiang Suzhen, 67, was arrested by officers from the Huangli Police Station on September 23, 2015, for posting Falun Gong informational materials. The police took her fingerprints and photos of her against her will. They also took her to the town hospital to be examined. She was then taken to the Changzhou Detention Center. The detention center refused to admit her due to symptoms of high blood pressure.
She was taken back to the police station from the detention center after 3 p.m. the following afternoon. She was released two hours later.
29. [Beijing] Mr. Chen Xu Detained
Mr. Chen Xu, in his 40s, from the Haidian District was arrested around August 10, 2015. The police found Falun Gong informational materials in his home. He is being held in the Haidian District Detention Center.
30. [HengYang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Tang Bo Arrested
Officers from the Zhengxiang District Domestic Security Division broke into Ms. Tang Bo's home and arrested her in late September 2015. They confiscated a computer.
31. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Ailan Extorted
A dozen or so officers from the Gaomi City Police Department and the Dongguan Police Station broke into Ms. Jiang Ailan's home in Zhengjiazhuang Village in the Zhangjiabu area in the early morning of October 1, 2015. They ransacked the place and confiscated Falun Dafa books, copies of Minghui Weekly, and paper bills with facts about Falun Gong printed on them.
Ms. Jiang, 70, was not at home. The officers forced her husband to lead them to her. They arrested her and took her to the Dongguan Police Station. She was taken to the Weifang Detention Center that night. She was vomited on the way.
When she was examined in the detention center, when she had symptoms of high blood pressure, a heart problem, and diabetes. The detention center refused admit her. Ms. Jiang was released, and she returned home by midnight. The police extorted 5,000 yuan from her family.
32. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] Two Practitioners Detained and Two Harassed
Ms. Cheng Liying from Dongxing Village, Shaoguo Town, was arrested by officers from the Shaoguo Police Station on October 13, 2015. She was held for 15 days.
Ms. Wang Xiuhuan from Dongxing Village, Shaoguo Town, was arrested by officers from the Shaoguo Police Station on October 14, 2015. She was held for three days.
Ms. Gao Xiuqin from Gexin Village, Shaoguo Town, was harassed by officers from the Shaoguo Police Station on October 14, 2015. The police took written notes when interrogating her.
Ms. Yang Shuhua from Shaoguo Town was harassed by officers from the Shaoguo Police Station on October 14, 2015. The police confiscated her computer.

33. [Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province] Ms. Meng Suyun and Ms. Yang Yuping Taken to Prison
Ms. Meng Suyun was sentenced to three years and three months in prison, and Ms. Yang Yuping to three years and six months. Both practitioners are now in the Hefei Women's Prison.
34. [Chongqing] Mr. Zhou Fuhua and Ms. Chen Deping Harassed
Mr. Zhou Fuhua from Degan Town in the Jiangjin District was harassed by personnel from the Degan Town Neighborhood Administration Office on October 10, 2015. They ransacked his home and confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun, among other personal items.
Ms. Liu and her daughter Ms. Chen Deping from Degan Town in the Jiangjin District were harassed by Domestic Security officers on September 26, 2015. They confiscated Falun Dafa books. A few days later the officers returned to harass them again.
35. [Fei County, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Xiaolan Arrested
Ms. Gao Xiaolan was arrested on the afternoon of October 15, 2015, for telling people about Falun Gong.

36. [Tianjin] Eight Practitioners Arrested
Police officers broke into the Suizhong Building on Sanhao Road in the Hongqiao District and arrested eight practitioners, who were studying the Falun Gong teachings on the afternoon of October 16, 2015.
The eight practitioners, in their 50s, 60s, or 70s, are Ms. Tian Yulan, Ms. Wang Suyan, Ms. Zhang Mingyan, Ms. Zhang Minglian, Ms. Zhang Lihong, Ms. He Yulan, Ms. Zhou Guirong, and Ms. Guo Pei.
The officers ransacked the practitioners' homes the following day and confiscated Falun Dafa books, DVDs, and materials.
One 76-year-old practitioner has returned home. Ms. He Yulan is still in the Heping Detention Center. The other practitioners are in other detention centers in the district.
37. [Ya'an City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Lan and Ms. Gan Yufeng Harassed
Ms. Li Lan and Ms. Gan Yufeng from the Yucheng District were called into the Hebei Police Station on October 14, 2015, by Yang Kang, director of the police station, and Dai Gang, a residential police officer, for questioning about the lawsuits they filed against Jiang Zemin. The officers measured Ms. Gan's height and weight and took her fingerprints and photos of her.

Ms. Li Mingyan from Longshandian Village, Daxindian Town, was arrested on October 16, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She is held in the Penglai Detention Center.
Ms. Li Yifang was arrested by officers from the Xiguan Police Station on the morning of October 16, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She was released at noon.
Ms. Liu Meili from Beigou Town was arrested on the morning of October 14, 2015. She was released after 6 p.m. that evening.
Practitioner Zhu from Chaoshui Town was arrested and taken to the Penglai Detention Center for seven days.
