(Minghui.org) I started practicing Falun Gong in 1997. After the persecution started in 1999, I slacked off.
I developed a thyroid tumor in my neck in November 2013. It grew large enough to press on my trachea, which made it very difficult to eat or breathe. I took a lot of drugs, but nothing helped.
I was hospitalized on February 8, 2014, and was scheduled to undergo surgery three days later. However, due to a fever, the surgery had to be postponed.
I was released from the hospital and started listening to Master’s lectures--but didn’t do the exercises. One night I had a dream. Someone appeared and asked me to open my mouth. He pulled a thread out of my mouth and wrapped it around his hand. The thread kept coming until it made a big roll.
I woke up the next morning and discovered that the thyroid tumor was gone. The surgery would have cost me tens of thousands of yuan, and the results weren’t guaranteed. But instead, Master had removed it for me!
I haven’t been diligent in my cultivation at all in the past years. However, Master still has been watching me and protecting me. He did not give up on me. I am deeply ashamed. I do not know how to express my profound gratitude to Master.
Cultivation is a serious matter. I will treasure Dafa from now on. I will be a true disciple and not let Master down.
