Mr. Li Jiayu, 71, and Ms. Zhou Shaofang, 70, were arrested on September 10, 2015. The police ransacked their homes.
2. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Ji Guoli, Ms. Wang Lan, Ms. Wang Zhiyan, and Mr. Wang Zhigang were arrested at home on September 10, 2015, for suing former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin. Ms. Wang Zhiyan and Mr. Wang are detained at the Changfeng Police Station. Ms. Wang Lan and Ms. Ji were released.

Ms. Wang Wenjuan was arrested at home by officers from the Dongfeng Police Station on September 10, 2015. She is detained at the Yazijuan No. 2 Detention Center in Harbin City.

5. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Piling Arrested
Ms. Guo Piling was arrested by officers from the Chengguan Police Station in Changqing District on September 11, 2015 for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.
6. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Li Fengtong was arrested by officers from the Dehui City Domestic Security Division on August 29, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. His family members, including his wife (Ms. Guan Shuxian), daughter, and son-in-law were later arrested. The son-in-law was released that evening. The others are detained at Dehui City Detention Center.

7. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Li Shutian, Ms. Li Yazhi, and Mr. Li Haitao were arrested at Mr. Li Shutian's home by police, including Sun Weitao from the Yanglin Police Station in Hulan District, on September 9, 2015. They were taken to the Yanglin Police Station. Mr. Li Shutian and Ms. Li Yazhi were released after being forced to sign a document. Mr. Li Haitao, who refused to sign, is detained at the Harbin City Detention Center.

8. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhang Liwen Detained
Mr. Zhang Liwen, recently arrested, is to be detained for 15 days.
9. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Six Practitioners Arrested
Five practitioners were arrested at home by officers from several police stations in Longkou City on September 8, 2015. They are Ms. Song Lijuan, Ms. Yuan Yuqin, Ms. Xie Yulan, Ms. Chi Guirong, and Ms. Han Yuemei.
A sixth practitioner, Mr. Wang Jianying, was arrested by officers from the Longkou Police Department on September 9, 2015.
Ms. Xie was released. Ms. Song, Ms. Yuan, Ms. Chi, and Mr. Wang are detained at the Longkou City Detention Center. Ms. Han is detained at the Yantai City Detention Center.
10. [Huangchuan County, Henan Province] Ms. Qiao Lianzhen Detained
Ms. Qiao Lianzhen, 68, was arrested at home by officers from the Fudian Police Station on August 26, 2015. She was detained at the Hedian Detention Center and released on September 5.
11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Ms. Peng Qunxian, Ms. Lai Guiying, and Ms. Wei Zaixiu were arrested by officers from the Sanwayao Police Station on March 22, 2015 for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Peng and Ms. Lai were recently released, and Ms. Wei was taken to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Qiu Liying was arrested at home by officers from the Wanghai Police Station on September 10, 2015. She was detained for 10 days. Mr. Liu Shanen and his wife, Ms. Lin Lanhua, were also arrested on the same day.

Mr. Zhao Qiang and Mr. Zhou Yuhua were arrested by officers from the local police station on September 8, 2015 for posting stickers about the persecution of Falun Gong. Mr. Zhou is detained at the Duoying Detention Center, and Mr. Zhao's whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Li Guilan and her husband were arrested at the Taiyuan Railway Station on August 31, 2015. The police confiscated a laptop computer and two cell phones.
