(Minghui.org) Four police officers broke into my home in November 2015. They ransacked the place, and confiscated my Falun Gong books, some informational Falun Gong materials, and a computer.

I was taken to the police station, and they showed me the criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin, which I had mailed to the Supreme People's Court.

One officer asked me if I wrote the complaint myself, and I told him that I did indeed. He asked why. “To uphold justice and expose evil!” I replied.

“Don't you know that it is illegal to do that?”

“During these 16 years,” I responded, “I've been arrested and brainwashed at detention centers many times.”

I also told him about the benefits I gained from Falun Gong. I said, “Fellow practitioners and I have experienced many extraordinary incidents since we started practicing. Plus, so many around the world now know that Falun Gong carries hundreds of merits but no harm.”

“In addition,” I added,” I am exercising my legitimate right to sue Jiang Zemin, who launched the persecution of Falun Gong. And it's in your favor to choose the side of justice as well.”

From the moment I entered the police station, I maintained righteous thoughts and firm belief that Master was beside me. I took this opportunity to express all that was on my mind. The officers, therefore, did not act beyond the bounds of reason, but instead listened quietly and respectfully.

The following day, however, they tried to admit me to a detention center. Nevertheless, the pre-admission physical exam showed that I was too “ill.”

Actually, if we believe in the Fa and Master with strong righteous thoughts, no one will be able to persecute us.

Background

In 1999, Jiang Zemin, as head of the Chinese Communist Party, overrode other Politburo standing committee members and launched the violent suppression of Falun Gong.

The persecution has led to the deaths of many Falun Gong practitioners over the past 16 years. More have been tortured for their belief and even killed for their organs. Jiang Zemin is directly responsible for the inception and continuation of the brutal persecution.

Under his personal direction, the Chinese Communist Party established an extralegal security organ, the “610 Office,” on June 10, 1999. The organization overrides police forces and the judicial system in carrying out Jiang's directive regarding Falun Gong: to ruin their reputations, cut off their financial resources, and destroy them physically.

Chinese law allows for citizens to be plaintiffs in criminal cases, and many practitioners are now exercising that right to file criminal complaints against the former dictator.
