(Minghui.org) May 13 is the World Falun Dafa Day and the birthday of Mr. Li Hongzhi, founder of Falun Dafa. A large number of greetings were received by Minghui from Chinese citizens that thank Falun Dafa.
A farmer from Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, said he once went out selling vegetables at a farmer’s market. One woman bought something and paid him 10 yuan. Mistaking that as a 100-yuan bill, the farmer gave her a change of 90 yuan. After the woman found it out she gave the money back to the farmer. The farmer was moved and said, “It is hard to meet good people like you these days.” Upon hearing the woman was a Falun Dafa practitioner, the farmer was moved because the 90 yuan would be more than the money he could make in one day. “Thank you Master Li for helping practitioners become good people!” he wrote in the greetings.
One young woman in Yantai City, Shandong Province, was diagnosed with a brain tumor and she needed surgery. The doctor said the procedure was highly risky and very often patient would be in a vegetative state afterward. Shocked by the bad news, her entire family was panicking. One relative told her what Falun Dafa is and explained to her that, by reciting “Falun Dafa is good” along with “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good”, one would receive blessings. Her family followed the advice and surgery went smoothly like a miracle. “Even the doctor did not believe the operation went so well,” the woman wrote, “I know it is Master Li who gave me a second life.”
After hearing how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) harmed innocent people in the past, 1,674 people from Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, agreed to quit the CCP. “We have now known how the CCP destroyed traditional Chinese culture and persecuted innocent Falun Dafa practitioners,” they wrote in greetings,” Only by separating ourselves from the CCP and embracing our conscience will we have a good future. Thank you Master Li and wish you a Happy Birthday!”
