Lin Hongfei Is Dying From Harbin Police's Torture, But Is Still Detained at the Dehui Detention Center
(Clearwisdom.net) Lin Hongfei is a twenty-nine year old Falun Dafa practitioner from Dehui,
Jilin Province, who works at the Property Tax Bureau of Dehui. He has been
subjected to inhumane torture since the Harbin police kidnapped him on February
21, 2003 (reference: http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2003/4/8/34259.html).
His family did not know that he had been transferred to a local detention center
until they were told to send his belongs there on March 16. Even though the Police Department of Dehui has strictly sealed off news
regarding his detention, we learned about Lin's recent situation from various
channels. Ever since he was transferred from Harbin to a local detention center,
Lin has been unable to move from bed. His jaw is locked closed. He is living in
a vegetative state. Two of Lin's ribs were broken from torture, and he is on the
verge of death. However, the police department of Dehui and the detention center
would not allow him any medical care nor release him. We sincerely call for the international society and overseas Dafa
practitioners to uphold justice and give your help. Please pay close attention
to Lin Hongfei's safety. We also call for Lin's family to take a stand for him
