(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Ma Dexuan, 58, was a Falun Dafa practitioner from the Wuqing District of Tianjin. He was unlawfully sent to labor camps numerous times for his belief in Falun Dafa. He became handicapped after torture and other cruel treatment by officials at Shuangkou, Qingpowa and Ji County Labor Camps. In March 2003, police tied him with rope and took him to the Qingpowa Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Ma considered himself innocent and went on a hunger strike. Despite his extremely weak physical condition, the labor camp authorities handcuffed and shackled him, and then carried him to a vehicle to be driven to the Ji County Labor Camp for continued abuse. Mr. Ma died within days of arriving at the labor camp.
