Fei Bing, 39 years old, the Team Lead of the Tieren Branch Police Department (of Sa District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province) and police officer Han Bing, 31, were major members of the team that had been persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in the Sa District. They both died on the spot in a car wreck on their way up to Arong Qi in Inner Mongolia on August 1, 2007. The accident has shaken the Police Departments throughout Heilongjiang Province.

Retribution Cases Among Personnel from Zhongyuan Oil Field (in Puyang City, Henan Province) Who Have Been Persecuting Falun Gong Practitioners

1) Han Qing, a female director of the Workers' Union of the Prospecting Bureau in Zhongyuan Oil Field, was in charge of the 610 Office there. She actively participated in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Many practitioners had been sent to a forced labor camp directly by her. She often ran the brainwashing sessions. She also persecuted practitioners' work units and their family members; this has caused at least 13 happy families to be ripped apart. Some kids have become orphans because their mothers were sent to a forced labor camp. Li Inmin, a lady of over 50 years old, was brutally beaten then mentally devastated at the Shibalihe Forced Labor Camp. Many practitioners who were persecuted by Han Qing lost their jobs, suffered financial damage, and their families were forced to lead a hard life. Moreover, all those practitioners who were sent to a forced labor camp or were sentenced have suffered mentally and physically.

Han Qing broke her leg while playing Badminton in the brainwashing center. She didn't believe that it was retribution for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, so she didn't feel regret and want to change. Now she has to take a lot of drugs just to relieve the pain.

2) The Former Party Secretary of the 9^th Community of the Zhongyuan Oil Field had the leading role in a scandal (1) at the High School of Art. He motivated all of his network and got released from detention for the scandal. To show his loyalty to the Communist regime, he organized the production of many propaganda poster boards to slander Falun Gong. A few days later, he was arrested again and sentenced to 3 years in prison.

3) Li Wangqing, a vehicle driver in the retirement office of the Well-Inspecting and Testing Company of the Zhongyuan Oil Field, actively participated in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. He assisted in forcing practitioners to "reform," sign the three statements, etc. He felt a stomach problem soon afterwards. Then he had a physical examination and found cancer. He died in pain.

Here we want to warn those organizations and related personnel of the "610 Office," who actively participate in the persecution of practitioners in that area, that heaven is exterminating the Communist Party. Do not let lies and deceptions mislead you. Do not allow yourself to be seduced by superficial, personal interests to commit crimes and ruin your future. Good will be rewarded with good; evil will receive retribution. This is a heavenly rule, and only can you correct yourself. Only then can you have a future.
