Discussing "diligence" with "all Dafa disciples and new students in Mainland China" ("Comment from Master)"). Master's most recent comment consists of only a few sentences, but it has significant meaning. Looking from the overall situation of Fa rectification, the one thing Master asks us to do has to do with the consummation of all Dafa practitioners and our historic mission of offering people salvation.

For the first time, Master explicitly asked "all Dafa disciples and new students in Mainland China" to do it well. This "all" includes diligent practitioners who did well, and it also includes practitioners who took detours, who haven't stepped forward and also new practitioners. With this word "all," Master shows his concern, compassion and benevolence! This is at the same time an elimination of the evil on an unprecedented scale, something that requires our devoted effort and cooperation as a whole body. If we can do that, we will form a power that makes it easy to eliminate the evil. The thorough and complete annihilation of the evil would then be imminent. If we do this well, if "all Dafa disciples and new students in Mainland China" can devote their best efforts and form an indestructible, whole body, will the evil continue to exist within the Three Realms?

Send forth righteous thoughts with the purest mind and our divine side: I have often seen notices on Minghui and in our local area asking us to send forth righteous thoughts toward a certain region, a specific perpetrator or a labor camp. I have something different in mind: these notices show human emotion. Do we not care about regions other than the ones mentioned on the notice? Although there are certain advantages to send forth righteous thoughts within close proximity, but we should not always focus on our local region, because that would impede the power of righteous thoughts. If we draw a parameter, wouldn't the evil escape by running outside the parameter? Isn't that an omission? If we draw a border, such a line would limit our extraordinary abilities. Wouldn't that unnecessarily limit our divine side from rectifying the Fa? I realized that when we use our purest mind and our divine nature to rectify the Fa and direct our extraordinary abilities [to eliminate the evil], our powers would reach all dimensions on and below our level, at an extremely fast speed and with stunning power. Such abilities can eliminate all evil within the Three Realms.

1. On December 28, 2003, perpetrators abducted Dafa practitioner Liu Xiaolian from Chibi City for the second time. Liu Xiaolian was savagely persecuted numerous times because she exercised her rights as a citizen to expose the truth to the government of how Falun Gong benefits the people. She was even tortured with the method "five horses split the body," meaning her head and four limbs were stretched in five different directions. We hope justice-loving people will voice their support to stop this crime.

2. The perpetrators in the Female Division of the Jianxin Labor Camp in Tianjin City began relentlessly persecuting Falun Gong practitioners after the Chinese New Year of 2003. They escalated the level of persecution and forced the practitioners to undergo brainwashing. The perpetrators detained the practitioners in solitary confinement and sent numerous police officers and collaborators [former Falun Gong practitioners who have gone astray due to torture and brainwashing] to beat, torture and brainwash each practitioner. They even deprived the practitioners of sleep for dozens of days at a time and forced them to read and watch books and videos that slander Master and Dafa. They also continuously shocked Dafa practitioners with high voltage electric batons. Right now, many practitioners are extremely weak from this abuse and torment; some are nearly blind and some cannot walk.

3. Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Dongmei, former official at the Huludao City Tax Bureau, recounts her persecution experiences:

Since 1999, when Jiang first began persecuting Falun Gong, I was illegally detained three times as a Falun Gong practitioner; my home was ransacked twice. The enforcers extorted money from me and brutally tortured me. In 2002, I was illegally sentenced to three years of forced labor, but when I was sent to the Masanjia Labor Camp, I was not admitted because I failed the physical exam. In 2003 I was improperly fired by my work unit. In the more than four past years, my husband, son, my sister and other family members lived in constant fear, because they were either implicated and/or arrested or their homes were ransacked. Jiang and his accomplices will never be able to repay this debt.

4. Facts of the persecution of Dafa practitioners in the Jiangxia District, Wuhan City:

A. Practitioner Ms. Qian Youyun, an employee of the Jiangxia Animal Feed Company was illegally sentenced to three years in prison and cruelly tortured in jail. She was released after three years of suffering. One month after her release she was abducted again and sent to a brainwashing class.

B. Falun Dafa practitioners Wang Xia and Fang Jinzhou, employees from the Jiangxia TV station, were sentenced to forced labor and were fired by their work unit. Practitioner Chen Sheng was abducted at work and sent to a brainwashing class.

C. Practitioner Sun Zuying's husband had recently passed away. She was abducted before her husband's body was cremated and was later sentenced to two years of forced labor. She has a teenage daughter at home who was also forcibly sent to a brainwashing class.

D. Many other practitioners, including Yang Sufang, Luo Xinying, Qian Juxiang, Zhao Huanan, Li Qing, Wu Shengguo, Wu Shengping, Zhou Huifang, Hu Yunhua, Hu Dongsheng, Zhang Kaiyan, were illegally sentenced to prison or forced labor.

5. The Shayang Labor Camp has been awarded "Civilized Law Executioner" and became the national model for labor camps, but crimes unknown to the outside hide beneath that "glory coat of honor." The guards order the collaborators to harass Dafa practitioners; they cuff the practitioners' hands behind their backs and shock the practitioners behind their ears and the sole of their feet with 240-volt electric baton(s). Sometimes, they even force the electric baton inside the practitioners' mouths to shock them. In the "Strict Control Division," the guards use a standardized military-style control approach and they were trained by specialized police. The psychological abuse from the guards, the practitioners' painful screams and the crackle of the electric batons mixed together form a horrific sound in the quiet of the night.

6. A Dafa practitioner in China:

My mother is Li Zhifang. She had numerous illnesses ever since she was young. She fortunately obtained Dafa in the winter of 1997 and all her illnesses and animal spirit possessions disappeared. When our neighbor and fellow practitioner was arrested and was sentenced to one year of forced labor, my mother grew fearful and said she would no longer practice Falun Dafa. From then on, my mother was upset all the time. In early June, my mother had a carbuncle on her head. When she went to a hospital, the doctor found a tumor in her chest. She passed away on September 1st. Would my mother have died If Jiang Zemin didn't start this evil persecution? I can say Jiang is the head criminal responsible for my mother's death.
