(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 17 cities or counties across 11 provinces. In this report, 7 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 17 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Dou Guilan Arrested When She Put Up Posters Clarifying the Facts about Falun Gong on June 7, 2011

2. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jin A'na's and Ms. Chen Jialan's Homes Ransacked

On May 30, 2011, Ms. Jin Ana and Ms. Chen Jialan, from Zhenxing District, Liaohe Oil Field, Panjin City, were monitored when they distributed truth-clarification materials. They were followed by plainclothes police officers, and their homes were ransacked. Falun Dafa books and other truth-clarification materials were taken away.

4. [Mulan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Lizhi and Ms. Mei Guangqin Held at Mulan County Detention Center

On June 4, 2011, Ms. Sun Lizhi and Ms. Mei Guangqin, from Mulan County, Heilongjiang Province, were illegally arrested by officers from Xinmin Town Police Station when they distributed Shen Yun DVDs to officers of a 610 Office. Now they are held at the Mulan County Detention Center.

5. [Shanghai] Mr. He Binggang Sentenced to Five Years in Prison

Mr. He Binggang from Shanghai was persecuted until he became disabled at Tilanqiao Prison. After that, he was sentenced to five years in prison in April 2011.

6. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wei Yanhe Arrested by Dayu Police Station

In mid-May 2011, Mr. Wei Yanhe from Dianzi Village, Weifang City Development Zone, was arrested by officers from Dayu Police Station when he was working at the Jialejia Residential Building, Beigong Street. His home was ransacked. Now he is held at the Weifang Detention Center.

7. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Fenglan Arrested

On the morning of June 9, 2011, Ms. Zhang Fenglan from Kuanggongfang, Kaiping District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, was arrested by officers from Tangma Road Police Station, when she was clarifying the truth at No. 6 Market, Majiagou.

8. [Quzhou County, Hebei Province] Mr. Song Xianmin Arrested

Mr. Song Xianmin from Quzhou County, Handan City, Hebei Province, was reported to Caozhuang Police Station when he was clarifying the truth at Zhengyanbao Village, Caozhuang Township, Jize County. Now he is held at the Jize County Detention Center.

9. [Xianju County, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Xiao Jinhua and Ms. Lin Cailing Arrested

Around May 10, 2011, when Ms. Xiao Jinhua, a practitioner from Xianju County, Zhejiang Province, was distributing truth-clarifying materials, she was reported by officers from Shuangmiao Township Police Station, Xianju County. Then, she was arrested by officers from the Xianju County Domestic Security Division and local 610 Office. At present, she is detained at the Xianju County Detention Center.

Later, Ms. Lin Cailing was arrested at her home, in the downtown of Xianju County. Now, she is also held at the Xianju County Detention Center.

10. [Tianjin] Ms. Xu Yanru Arrested

On June 7, 2011, Ms. Xu Yanru from Jinghai County, Tianjin was arrested by officers from the Jinghai County Police Department when she was at her workplace. Her current whereabouts are not known.

11. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Cailian Arrested

Ms. Wang Cailian from Suliu Village, Hongdao Town, Chengyang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province is 50 years old. On May 24, 2010, she was arrested by officers from the Hongdao Police Station and Community Security Division. She was able to escape, but on June 9, 2011, she was again arrested at home by officers from Hongdao Police Station.

12. [Beijing] Mr. Wu Zhiming Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center

Mr. Wu Zhiming from Haidian District, Beijing, went to a hardware store to buy something on June 10, 2011. He was arrested by 610 Office agents, a local police officer, and the director of the local police station, and taken to a local brainwashing center.

13. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Weidong Arrested

Mr. Wang Weidong from Nanbao Development Zone was arrested and detained at the Tangshan Detention Center for 15 days. The term was set to expire on June 9, 2011. His wife and child went to the detention center to pick him up. However, officers from the Domestic Security Division arrested him again. His current whereabouts are not known.

14. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Dong Lanfen Arrested

Ms. Dong Lanfen from Tangshan City, in her 40s, works at the Deyuanli Construction Bank. At around noon on June 9, 2011, she was arrested by officers from the Tangshan City Domestic Security Division at her workplace, and her home was ransacked. Her current whereabouts are not known.

15. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Dong Yanyun Arrested

Ms. Dong Yanyun from Weicheng District, Weifang City, is in her sixties. On the morning of June 7, 2011, when she was clarifying the truth near the intersection of You'ai Road and Xiyuan Street, she was arrested by plainclothes officers including Zhu Jiansen and Wu Xuefeng from the Domestic Security Division of the Weicheng Police Department. At night, police officers ransacked her home and took away dozens of Falun Dafa books and some truth-clarifying materials. Now, she is held at the Weifang City Detention Center.

16. [Yiyuan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Xiong Chuanzhen Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center

On May 24, 2011, officers from the Yiyuan County 610 Office forced their way into 65-year-old practitioner Ms. Xiong Chuanzhen's home, Zhongzhuang Village. They arrested her and took her to the Zibo City Brainwashing Center.

17. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Fang Again Arrested by 610 Officers and Taken to a Brainwashing Center

On May 20, 2011, Ms. Yang Fang was arrested by 610 Office agents and taken to the Nanshan Park Brainwashing Center in Xiabancheng, Chengde County. On the second day, she escaped and went back home. On May 31, 2011, she was again arrested by 610 Office agents and taken to a brainwashing center.

18. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Hu Xiulan Arrested and Taken to Yangyuan Brainwashing Center

Ms. Hu Xiulan from Wuchang Vehicle Factory, Wuhan City, was arrested by plainclothes police officers when she was on the way to Hongshan District Court on May 31, 2011. She was then taken to the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center.

19. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] More Information about Ms. Lu Cuirong's Arrest

At around 6:00 p.m. on April 14, 2011, Ms. Lu Cuirong from Dongpo District, Meishan City was arrested by officers from the Dongpo District Domestic Security Division, Meishan City. Now she is held at the Chongli Town Detention Center, Dongpo District, Meishan City.

21. [Tianshui City, Gansu Province] Mr. Li Fuzhi Arrested

On June 2, 2011, someone deceived Mr. Li Fuzhi into having his ID issued, and he was arrested.
